When my family and I moved to Colorado back in 2000 we needed a dentist that worked with our insurance and preferably spoke Russian. The staff has obviously changed a little bit but, you still get the same friendly welcome even if you haven't been in for some time. The office is very clean and they have a large waiting area. No tvs but they do have free wifi. They also returned all of my phone calls when I called them in tears after I broke my front tooth. I was seen later on that same exact day. read more

Normally receive my implant work out of state. Was having issues with an implant and didn't want to pay for travel for something potentially easy to repair. This office got me in within a week. However, after sending the X-rays to my out of state dentist, he recommend I leave the implant alone until I could fly out there. Long story short, couldn't make it and needed to have the implant removed and bone graft placed. The receptionist said she would call be back with an appointment. I ended up calling every few days to every other day with the same response. "Still trying to find you an appointment". Eventually, she said she could schedule me for 3 months out. She made me wait all that time to schedule me at the next available. Could've started there. During this visit the specialist told me how urgent this matter was. Apparently not that urgent if you "waste" their time. Also, the receptionist was straight up rude to the bald guy she was training. No patience. Either they or she made me pay for not getting the work done day of original schedule appointment. Not sure who's MO that is but I want nothing to do with someone who puts money over health in my phone directory. This place pushes hard for reviews! read more

I'm not happy with the results of a root canal and a crown that Dr Vilner did. The crown came off a year later with a fully decayed tooth and when I came back he said there's no cavity there when two other dentists said that there is. He still charged me for a new crown. The root canal got infected a year later too. I'm disappointed for this kinda work. read more

My entire family has been going to Accord Dental for many many years, and we couldn't be happier. Dr. Vilner is amazing, so gentle, and honest. I've gone to a few different dentists in the past who made recommendations for treatment based on their own financial benefit and my insurance coverage, rather than what was best for me. I was told by another practice that I needed a root canal and first came to Dr. Vilner for a second opinion. Turned out I didn't need one after all! My small children come here too, and although it's not a pediatric clinic in particular, they've gotten better care here than at any other pediatric dental office I took them to. They love coming to the dentist. Dr. Vilner did several fillings amazingly fast and as painless as possible. What a relief it was! The hygienists are all great too! I have been seeing Dr. Vilner for 6 years now and have never been happier with a dentist. As another reviewer mentioned, he does not sell you things you don't need. I found him whilst experiencing an emergency CAUSED by another dentist... he fixed the problem right away and gained a loyal client, while other offices told me I'd have to have a "new patient exam" first and schedule a separate appointment for the work. Dr. Vilner and his staff are always thorough, efficient, and very professional. My husband also goes here and has seen Drs. Vilner and Dunker, and was very happy with both of them. I will do another review after bringing my 4 year old in for his first cleaning- I anticipate it will be another glowing review! I love this office! UPDATE: They are great with kids too! I have been dealing with accord dental for a few years now, all dealing with some major work ive had done through them, ive spent a lot of money, and the device they have made for me is practically useless. they have agreed to make adjustments many times in the past, but when it comes time for the adjustments the dentist rushes through it, doesn't listen to what I am telling him is the issue and grinds away more of the expensive work with each adjustment... today I went in for a 10am appointment, was called back from the empty waiting room almost instantly, only to listen to the dentist in the next room over having a heartfelt conversation for nearly 45 minutes, not being told a single thing, watching clients leave while I'm sitting there and none being seated, I got frustrated, got up and walked out, only being stopped by the receptionist (whom are the only redeeming quality of this practice)... these dentists are horrible, once they get your money they couldn't care less about the sub par, overpriced work they perform, I invested a lot of money into my mouth, on promises of comfort, and appearance, I have neither, the partial they made me, one the most expensive they have available, is unusable, and has been since the day I received it, i cant eat with it in, and I cant wear it for more than 2 hours without either blood, or a migraine, and they make it worse with every adjustment somehow... ive been to two other dentists for second opinions and they have both said it was made incorrectly and way overengineered, basically confirming it is all but an expensive, useless device. I would not recommend them for any kind of work at this point, they've let me down in many ways and today was the very last straw read more

I highly recommend Dr. Dunker and Dr. Vilner at Accord Dental! My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Dunker at Accord Dental for several years. We got stationed in Aurora in 2000 and it was very difficult to find a honest, ethical dentist who does NOT sell you things you don't need for outrages fees or do a mediocre job and take your money ! Whatever you do - never go to a "Comfort Dental" office!! Their teeth cleaning consisted of ONLY going over the teeth with polisher (office at Buckley & Quincy in Aurora). They are like a factory - rushing to make money - that is a bad combination. After this "cleaning experience" we never went back. My husband and I needed a night guard - most dentists charge about $600 for a piece of plastic. Even my daughter, a dental hygienist, said the material is less than $50 - so you do the math! I believe we paid less than $390 for one custom night guard and I think the insurance paid 50% of the total - so you do the math. Dr. Dunker and Dr. Vilner are ethical, honest, highly skilled and knowledgeable - and they DO NOT up sell you things or treatments you do NOT need!! They are very reasonably priced compared to other dentist offices - so you get the treatments you need without selling tactics used by so many dentists. I'm very grateful to Leon for calling me back within 5 minutes of leaving a message on a Saturday when I had severe pain in one of my teeth.
