I came here needing a lot of work after too many years without dental. I also came with my two special needs adult children, one with severe anxiety which includes a needle phobia. The staff are all super relaxed and create a calm environment. They go out of their way to make sure your comfortable. Lobby has a fridge with drinks, comfy couches and nice bathroom. They even have a list of free add ons, like neck pillow, warmed blankets (soft not scratchy like hospitals) essential oils, headphones etc. Like a spa treatment. Once you're in the chair, Dr Glick explains everything really clearly and answer all questions until you're good. He's also very mindful of making sure you're very numb so you feel no pain. I have fallen asleep in every visit I think. His assistant is also really great. Both have a natural great bedside manor. My child with the needle phobia was handled very lovingly and happy with their experience. Doc calls personally the next day after invasive procedures to make sure you're good and if you need anything. Really couldn't ask for more in a dentist and his staff, as he, and his staff all goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasent experience. read more

The dental hygienist, Kasandra, was outstanding--thorough, gentle, and very attentive to my comfort throughout the entire cleaning. I had a dental emergency, and I'm incredibly thankful that Dr. Glick was able to accommodate me the very next day--especially after another dentist failed to properly perform my extraction. I was in extreme pain after spending two hours at the other office with no results. Dr. Glick completed the procedure in just 10 minutes. Even though the clinic is quite far from me, it's absolutely worth the drive. I came back today for a follow-up to check how the extraction site is healing and also had a thorough teeth cleaning. Update: I've been going to 58 Peaks Dental for two years now and I can say I feel comfortable going to dr glick. I can tell the staff is caring to the smallest details (They ask if I would like something to hold or take before I go into my cleaning for example a stress ball but now I can say I don't need anything because of the care I get). Dental assistants are always engaging in my conversation and they try to be careful when flossing in between your teeth. I'm notified two weeks in advanced and also days leading to the appointment which helps me prepare. Dr glick is friendly and informative he always catches me up on what I need to do for my teeth. I feel dr glick treats me more like a friend than a patient because we talk about everything. I have not felt traumatized in a long time when scaling my teeth so his precision is amazing. She explained everything clearly and provided outstanding care. Dr. Glick was also professional and kind. He took the time to answer my questions and explain things thoroughly, without any pressure to have unnecessary procedures done. His knowledge and approach were greatly appreciated. They called me the morning of my appointment to say they don't accept my insurance anymore (after years of going there with the same insurance), so my appointment had to be cancelled. They charge a fee if you cancel within 48 hours--they should have to pay me a fee! If they decided to drop my insurance (questionable choice), the least they could've done was give me a heads up well in advance. I had already taken personal time off of work in order to attend the appointment, so this was beyond frustrating. read more

I did not feel comfortable with the dentist I saw there. I went during the summer. I was informed by the dentist that i needed a filling based on my X-rays. She did not provide me with the X-rays until I asked her. The dentist did not explain the process of a filling. It was my first one, which she knew. I had to ask her. When I get cleaning or meet with the dentist, they always have told me what they were doing as they were doing it. They also usually give me an overview of what they are going to do before it. They did none of this. I felt very scared during my interaction with her- like I was trapped. I didn't trust her to work on my teeth but I felt like I could not leave. I know that is a me thing. It still sucked to feel like you can't speak up to your dentist and that I didn't feel safe there. I also was there for first appointment- I thought I was getting a cleaning and dental exam. I was informed by an assistant that it would only be for a dental exam as the dental hygienist was not there at the moment which through me- caught me off guard. I just have been putting off going to the dentist for years so it hard making the call for the appointment and going in. I just always have had great experiences with dentists and this dentist was not a good one. She was very cold and dismissive- not caring or friendly. It has prevented me from calling to get a new dentist and getting my teeth cleaned, becuase I do not want to feel that way again. It was slightly traumatic- if I am being honest. One plus of the dentistry is that the front desk is very kind and friendly. I had good interactions with them. I think there was just a breakdown of communication with their capacity that day. Everyone makes mistakes, but I am keeping it at a one star due to my interaction with the dentist. I would highly recommend staying away from them. They are not trauma- informed. I will start by saying that I write this review as a patient who has had an absolutely obscene amount of dental problems and who has been to at least 12-15 different dentists. Countless root canals, crowns, broken crowns, multiple broken teeth, braces 4 times, wisdom tooth impaction, gum grafts, bone grafts, extractions, bridges, bridges that have fallen off, an inability to be numbed in one section of my mouth, dental implants and dental implants that have failed. I've had 7 root canals on the SAME TOOTH. You name it, I've had it. And I will say without question... I have never had such a compassionate, skilled, thoughtful, and fun (yes fun) dentist EVER. He has talked me out of procedures that would have made him money and even gave me a free mouth guard after insisting I grind my teeth when I adamentally denied I didn't. *Spoil alert... I DO. Really bad. He has a male dental hygenist who did a *deeper cleaning," which almost universally means major numbing for me. I didn't need a single shot and it was one of the most painless cleanings I've ever had. If you are reading this, and esp if you have any dental anxiety, I honestly cannot recommend Awesome Dental enough. Dr. Jack has such a great demeanor with his patients. Most importantly, he knows what he is doing and he does it exceptionally well. I've been to to many dentists who did procedures, but not correctly and the consequences of that lead to other problems, which lead to other problems. The irony is Dr. Jack has always charged either the same, but often less than these other places. As a side note, I've never had an issue with any of his front desk staff (they've been great) , but want to highlight the only couple of 1 star reviews had zero to do with Dr. Jack or anyone else who will actually have their hands in your mouth. Make an appt. Hopefully you won't need more extensive work done, but if you do, you cannot possibly be in better hands. read more

My first visit there was great but today they cancelled my 6 month follow up which was scheduled for tomorrow evening because I was unable to answer their confirmation call DURING MY BUSINESS DAY. As in they called at 9am and had already cancelled my appointment by the time I called them back at 2pm! No apologies for stealing my appointment and giving it away in less than 6 hours, no reasonable reschedule option, nope. Just a crappy " well we called you a couple times. Our next opening is mid October". No texts or emails either. In conclusion, if you aren't able to drop everything that you are doing and get back to them immediately, aka if you HAVE A JOB, don't go to this place. The hygienist was awesome at working with me & telling where she was going to place it!! Dr. Ngyuen went above & beyond to explain all my x-ray's & educate me about things!! Love that!! For cleanings, Awesome Dental is great. The staff is friendly. However, my husband had several crowns put in a few years ago at Awesome Dental and all of them have chipped or cracked and all of them have had to be replaced. It has been expensive and time consuming to replace all of this dental work. One of them cracked within a year, so insurance wouldn't cover the replacement. Awesome dental was gracious enough to offer a discount for that one. read more

I love Awesome Dental! Well... as much as you can love a dentist, because let's be honest, having dental work is not super fun. I came to Awesome Dental after avoiding the dentist since high school (I know, I'm disgusting), so I had a bunch of problems that needed correcting. The dentist did a fantastic job of explaining all the work I would need done and showed me on X-Rays exactly why I would need each thing. When he completed a root canal for me, he took X-Rays to confirm it was done correctly, and then showed them to me to explain what he did and how he knew that the procedure was complete. He also always remembers and asks about my new baby, and has a great sense of humor. The woman who checks you out is so sweet, and has stayed late to help me schedule out future appointments without showing any frustration or impatience. The only downside of Awesome Dental is that other people also know how great they are, so it can be really difficult to get those after work appointment slots. Try and plan ahead as much as possible to get the times you need! If you have to go to the dentist, this is the one to visit! I am having my husband switch over to this dentist since his recently retired, because it really is awesome! read more

My husband and mother in law have been patients here for a while now. My husband WAS super nervous when it came to dentista die to his experience with military doctors and despite this my husband loves it here. Fast forward to today when I chipped my front tooth and was in pain. Dr. Jack not only got me in as an emergency he also took the time to calm my nerves, and explain to me what was going on with my tooth and what probably lead to it chipping! It was the most smooth and friendly visit with a dentist that I've ever had! That says a lot because I had a shit ton of issues with my teeth as a child! Okay. Let's be serious - going to the dentist is the absolute worst. But Dr. Jack makes it less awful, which is all you can really ask for! My dentist was on vacation and I had an emergency come up from a flight that exasperated a condition in my jaw. I needed someone and I needed them quick. My dentist had called around but didn't get anyone who accepted my dental benefits, so I tried my partner's dentist, Dr. Jack at Awesome Dental. The receptionist was warm and friendly and could tell that I was in pain. She squeezed me in for an emergency appointment three hours from when I called, and thank goodness she did. I have a bone disease and Dr. Jack is the first dentist who actually heard me when I stated that and didn't dismiss me/tell me that the mouth is different than the rest of my bones. An infection had spread and unfortunately that meant emergency surgery. Before the surgery happened, Dr. Jack and his awesome team laid out all of the options, from medicine to surgery and what to do afterward. I was in the office well past closing and the surgery took a lot longer than expected, but at no point did I feel rushed out the door (which is good as I was incredibly ill afterward). Dr. Jack called me twice within 48 hours and gave me his cell for the weekend, advising me to avoid the hospital and keep in contact with him if my fever didn't go down. I saw him a week after to check the area and remove stitches and he gave great advice there as well. He's also incredibly affordable. He is pretty public in sharing that he isn't in this for the money; he's in it to help keep patients healthy and happy. That's something I appreciate, coming from a nonprofit background. Wow. Where do I start? The front desk was so nice and helpful, I haven't seen a dentist in years and was really nervous, she helped calm me down and chatted with me. Super amazing. My appointment was at 9:30 but I got there early and was able to be seen right away! The nurse..or dental assistant was awesome, made me feel comfortable and joked with me. The dentist was friendly, explained all my options thoroughly, was very professional, yet laid back. The joked with me, made me laugh and have an amazing experience. I highly recommend this office. Seriously!! They take insurance AND from the website they do payment plans for those without. I literally see no reason why everyone doesn't come here already! Oh! I almost forgot... I'm giving Awesome Dental in Central Park (Stapleton) a two rating for no other reason than their poor customer service toward issues they created. Before this problem from today, I've only had them do a cleaning and repair a crown, which their front office screwed up as well. The dentistry part was good. Six months ago, after my first visit, I scheduled a cleaning for six months out at 8 am on 10-5-21. Early September, I got a call telling me that my 7 am appointment was canceled, and I needed to reschedule as they are no longer scheduling appointments at 7 am. I told her my appointment was at 8 am, not 7 am. I got my appointment card to confirm, they told me to keep my appointment for 8 am on the 5th, and they would take care of the issue. This morning, I went in for my cleaning appointment with my scheduling card and was told I didn't have an appointment. I showed the receptionist my appointment card, told her the story of their scheduling mistake, and that I was told to keep the appointment. She was very kind but did not apologize for their mistake and again said I had no appointment. She did not talk to anyone about fixing the issue or seeing if I could be worked in at that time. She mentioned a few afternoon openings that were available over the next few weeks. I am a small business owner and had to work during those times. I needed a morning appointment, which there were none soon. I dropped my appointment card in the lobby trash and left without a cleaning or an appointment. In the spring of 2021, I scheduled my first-time appointment with Awesome Dental for a cleaning. I went to another dental shop here in Central Park (Stapleton) over the past two years but had received poor dental work and wanted a new place. Three days before my scheduled cleaning with Awesome Dental, a crown popped off that the previous dental facility in Central Park had done. Awesome Dental scheduled my cleaning for a month out, used the first appointment time to look at the crown. The crown was only a year and a half old, which Awesome Dental said was put on wrong and needed to be rebuilt. Because the crown wasn't very old, they needed to send X-rays into insurance showing the issue. Once approved, the new crown should be on in about two weeks. A month later, I went in for the cleaning and asked about the crown fix since they never called. It turned out they never sent the insurance company the information. Awesome Dental didn't apologize for that issue either. Again I was the one put out. My partner and I have lived in Central Park (Stapleton) for 14 years since we built our home. I used to go to a dentist farther away but wanted something close. I figured Central Park is a nice area, so there should be good dental facilities. So far, I'm 2 for 2 with having bad luck. read more
