I highly highly recommend Dr. Mike. This dentistry is top notch on every level. After having another practice tell me I had six cavities to fill (out of the blue), I needed a 2nd opinion and came here. I am so very glad I did. Dr. Mike and staff are so friendly and go above and beyond. I wasn't charged for the X-rays and the diagnosis was that no fillings are needed! I booked my next cleaning with this office and am not dreading the appointment. This is an honest, competent dentist that is also friendly and cares about his patients. I have severe anxiety about all dental procedures (including cleanings!) but Dr. Mike, the hygienists/technicians, and administrative staff, make my visits much less stressful. Dr. Mike is an experienced dentist with an Air Force background (so he's seen lots of patients and situations), has an excellent chair-side manner, explains everything that he is doing and why, and frequently checks with me about pain or discomfort. I'd highly recommend McArthur Dentistry to anyone, but especially to patients for which trips to the dentist are extraordinarily stressful... and definitely to those that avoid the dentist altogether for that reason. read more

Absolutely a waste of time. I scheduled an appointment to get an infected tooth pulled 2 months ago because that was the time that worked out best for them. Fast forward to now and they have to cancel navies now the time won't work for them. After some discussion they said well fine come in the same day (I thought there was no time that day anymore) just so we can look and charge you $100 for a consultation. I had already sent over the paper work and X-rays from the dentist who referred me here. All staff I talked to on the phone were super mean and unhelpful. Don't go here unless you wanna just put money in a dudes picked who doesn't care at all. read more

This is, by far, the nicest, most competent medical practice on the planet. If I could give them 100 stars, I would! I have a lot of medical issues that require a dentist take extra care with me, and Dr. Mike has been absolutely fantastic about doing so. He pays attention to every detail, explains what he is doing as he goes along, and actually discusses a plan that will fit my specific needs as we go into any procedure I need to have done. He's down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and just SO NICE. I've had a lot of dental work done in my time, and he is definitely the most talented and thorough dental professional I've ever seen. I swear they must pump "happy gas" into this office because every single employee here is so incredibly friendly and eager to help you in any way they can. Leslie and Kathy at the front desk are so sweet, helpful and you can tell they care about every patient that walks through the door. Liz, Dr. Mike's assistant, couldn't be any nicer or better at her job. She's been doing this type of work for over 30 years and you can tell she's the best in the business. She makes you feel so comfortable and she and Dr. Mike make a fantastic team. This office is not close to my house, but I would honestly drive to another state to continue to have Dr. Mike as my dentist and get to be pampered by his wonderful staff! read more

I've lived here 7 years and had 3 dentists, and this is the obvious choice. For as long as I live in Denver this will be my provider for dental care. The front desk always greets me like we are old friends. The technicians are extremely talented with access to cutting edge cleaning tools; I never leave with a headache. No need to avoid going to the dentist. It's literally painless here. The practice is busy because it's a good firm, but the Doc and technicians always give you 100 percent. I had to get a minor filling and Dr. Lueck professionally, swiftly, and painlessly took care of it immediately after seeing it. Though his office was full of patients, I didnt have to wait 5 minutes. Would recommend to everyone and their families. Also military friendly. read more

For anybody that is looking to make going to the dentist as pleasant as possible, I would highly recommend this office. They are so kind, caring and comfortable. It is obvious that Dr. McArthur really values his patients. Right when you walk in the door, you feel welcome. Leslie and Kathy at the front desk are always smiling and even if you haven't seen them in months, they remember you. Once you get back into a room, they have massaging chairs and music for comfort. After my dentist of 20 years retired I went to the dentist who had bought his practice. Since my original dentist had been so good I thought his replacement would be as well. The new dentist put in a crown and it hurt constantly. Since I had had a few crowns before I knew this was not normal. They were not interested in fixing it or replacing it. The crown popped off several times. I asked my orthodontist for a dentist referral. He recommended only Dr. Lueck, and he deals with many dentists. I was immediately impressed with the people. The hygienist did a very thorough job and it really made a difference-my teeth are in much better shape, even after several months. Dr. Lueck had to replace the crown that gave me so much trouble even though it was only 18 months old, as it hurt whenever I ate anything warm or cold. As soon as Dr. Lueck placed the new crown, it never hurt again. Hot, cold, sweet, sour-5 months later and I have never had a problem. There really is a difference in dentists. Poor dentistry can give you constant pain. Dr. Lueck is the best dentist I have had, and his staff is very passionate and conscientious. This practice is outstanding. read more

I had not been to the dentist in 5-6 years. I was very nervous going in to the appointment afraid to find out what work needed done. As soon as I walked in the office Kathy and Lesley were so nice and welcoming and I immediately felt comfortable there. Dr McArthur is so kind and understanding and made sure everything from X-rays to starting a new crown is done in the best possible way. Oneida and Brenda have been my hygienists and are awesome! They always made sure I was not in pain throughout the appointments, and constantly checked in. And who doesn't love putting on virtual reality glasses and watching a movie while they clean your teeth!!! Watching What about Bob while they drilled my tooth was a great distraction. Lol. The entire staff is amazing and I would recommend them to everyone!!!!!! read more

I am a fearful patient. When I got to the office the ladies in the front were very kind and friendly. I told Terrie, the hygienist, about my phobia and she made me very comfortable from the beginning of the cleaning until the end. Dr. McArthur came in to check on me during the cleaning to make sure I was doing well. Terrie was very gentle, thorough and kind; she didn't poke me and even the crunchy toothpaste wasn't bad. Dr McArthur is an exceptional dentist and his hygienist is a person I followed there. You see your hygienist allot more than your dentist and I really found that Angie was the best I have ever had. Dr McArthur takes his entire staff to South America every year to serve the folks that may have never seen a dentist in their life for 2 weeks. I had my wisdom teeth removed a week ago by Dr. Mike at McArthur Dentistry. Dr. Mike did an amazing job. He doesn't put you all the way under, which admittedly terrified me before the procedure, but it went really well. Before the surgery, Dr. Mike alleviated my concerns and assured me everything would go smoothly. He explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel any pain during the surgery because of the numbing agents they used and the anesthesia really relaxed me. I can't remember anything from the experience, but I was alert and able to communicate during the procedure. I haven't felt any pain since then. I had a little soreness in my jaw for the first couple of days but I also have TMJ so others may not have experienced any soreness. I'm really pleased with how everything went. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mike to anyone who needs oral surgery or just a really great dentist. read more
