I made an appointment for a consultation back in April, and this is when I first noticed that their " virtual assistant" was of no use. I finally got an appointment, due to persistence, and went into the offices for a treatment plan (I was going to get a bridge). The appointment was all set for June 12th, and I paid in full and up-front. I was quite nervous, but just want to fix the tooth! I received a message on June 10th saying that the office was going to be closed on the 11th, but my appointment was on the 12th, so I assumed I was still scheduled. They never called me again...not once. This was the beginning of many more strange and bizarre text messages from the office and Bacerra himself. When I called to confirm on the 12th, the office was closed. I called the following Monday, and they were still closed. I left messages all week with the "virtual assistant", and never heard back. I contacted the emergency line, and DR. Justin Bacerra said he was out of the country. He then left some strange messages from a Hawaiian number saying "let's do this soon!", but I never heard back. They sent a text two weeks later on June 23rd, saying that DR. Bacerra would be in the office on the 23rd and could complete the procedure at 11:00 AM. I received the message at 1:00 PM on the 23rd! There's some seriously shady stuff going on with their offices, and they haven't returned my $3000. After looking into Justin Bacerra's history, there are numerous warnings from the dental board and dental associations in Colorado. I unfortunately had to add to that list, and it's doubtful he even has a license at this time; I couldn't locate one. Their offices still don't answer calls, and the "virtual assistant" is worthless, so don't bother. I simply asked them to return my money, but they won't even answer a phone call. I'm just glad I didn't let Bacerra perform any surgery or procedures; I dodged a bullet. I'd advise anyone thinking of of using their services to run fast and go elsewhere. I have never experienced this level of incompetence and unprofessionalism with any health care professional at any level.

When I arrived i handed them the damaged lower plate and they informed me they had called the lab and asked for it to be rushed. I came back at 1:30 and the plate was repaired and the technician put in the denture and made sure all fit well. The entire staff were kind and helpful in a traumatic situation, they will be my dental office for the future.

They saw a review on Yelp from April that someone's surgery was canceled via text with no explanation and supposedly the Doc doesn't know what's going on. Now, they are left searching for care and without answers. What type of company leaves so many patients without care and in the dark? I just recently moved to Lakewood Dentists after my Dentist closed his office. Big mistake. My…read moreold dentist had been doing quarterly cleanings to mitigate ongoing periodontal disease because deep cleanings were not working for me or helping to mitigate periodontal disease. I have had numerous deep cleanings, root scaling and planing. None of that worked. Quarterly basic cleanings WERE working. Lakewood Dentists, specifically Dr's Endress and Yantz are not concerned with helping anyone mitigate periodontal disease. They are only concerned with forcing you to buy their costly and painful deep cleanings, and if you don't, they refuse to treat you any further. I had an agreement with Dr. Endress to continue quarterly basic cleanings and all of that changed when they forced an appointment on me with Dr. Yantz. I never asked for that appointment. Once Dr. Yantz came in, the agreement I had with Dr. Endress changed from quarterly basic cleanings to they would not treat me any further if I did not undergo and purchase their deep cleanings and root scaling treatments, based on Dr. Yant's recommendations. This is a scam Dentist office. They are not concerned with helping patients to mitigate periodontal disease past trying to force you to undergo painful and costly cleanings. BEWARE. THEY are pushy with their upsell tactics, they try to scare you, and then their receptionist berates you and they refuse to treat you and cancel your cleaning appointments if you don't agree to root scaling and planing as part of the basic cleaning. Do yourself a favor. Google dentists scams with forcing you into unnecessary procedures and cleanings. You will find a lot of information on Dentists who practice this type of scam. Absolutely Outstanding Emergency Dental Care - Dr. Jonathan Moy & Ariana Deserve the Highest Praise…read more I cannot say enough about the incredible care I received from Dr. Jonathan Moy and his amazing dental assistant Ariana. After cracking a tooth late last night while working in Aspen, I had no choice but to make the long drive back to Denver with an exposed root and unbearable pain. I knew I needed immediate attention--and fast. Dr. Moy and Ariana went above and beyond. They made space for me right away and treated my situation with a level of urgency, compassion, and professionalism that's incredibly rare these days. My case wasn't easy--turns out I have unusually long 16mm roots (the average is 10mm), making extraction far more difficult than usual. But Dr. Moy worked with extraordinary precision and care for over three hours, successfully removing the damaged tooth and placing the stud for a future implant. On top of that, they also re-cemented a crown that had come loose. Throughout the entire process, Ariana was incredibly supportive, skilled, and attentive. The two of them made a difficult, painful experience feel safe and manageable--and I left with genuine gratitude. If you're in need of emergency dental work (or honestly, any dental work), do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Moy. His skill, dedication, and heart are second to none.

They didn't tell me anything until after they took the x ray. Also? They didn't even address the problems going in my mouth, I had to. I came in because I had popped a filling on a root canal and cracked the tooth and my primary dentist couldn't fit me in that week. These bitches quoted me $8k for a removal and a crown. Hello ?? I'd rather lose a damn tooth than pay a down payment on a car. I went to my primary dentist this week and got that shit FIXED under 30 minutes and it was $18. Anyways long story short, this place is weird as hell and you're better off literally anywhere else. I called my insurance day of the visit and they basically confirmed that these mfs didn't cough up the coverage numbers correctly. I filed a claim with my bank to dispute that exam fee and got my money back, and I advise yall to do the same if you end up with these whack ass lames.
