I recognize that my situation is difficult, but have heard no complaints over the past 25+ yrs and they have been more than ready to receive my payments. I have been told I have to cancel my service because of a rule change for their drivers, but it would have been nice if someone had contacted me and given me time to react. They did manage to get my bill to me though in a timely manner. Needless to say I am very angry and disappointed and will never recommend them to any friends or relatives. You just don't treat long-term (well any) clients like this.

There is little to no organization and no attention to detail. Several of our orders "got lost" or were "back ordered" and some were inaccurate after being promised a delivery date. We ended up having to pay for items that were 3 months late! The only positive thing, was their price. But in the end, the extra work and expenses we incurred, including renting furniture to cover for late items, and then having to pay for items that were 3 months late and we no longer wanted because we had already purchased replacements from a new vendor, helped us re-learn, you get what you pay for. If you roll the dice and do business with this firm, make sure you have a delivery commitment date that allows you to cancel with no penalty ... but I recommend going elsewhere.

It may be time to look for a new trash pick up service which is unfortunate and totally avoidable.
