When I presented my credit card, as I had told him I would do when I asked for the service, I was informed that there'd be a surcharge for using a credit card. I disputed his doing that because there was no prior notice. No mention of it in the emails we exchanged, no mention on his website, but he was adamant that he was going to charge the fee ($5), even to offering to take the stuff off his truck and call it square. It was worth the $5 to me to not have to deal with getting someone else to remove the junk, but I'll never do business with him again. Surprise extra costs are a very bad way to do business, but Junk Truck operated that way with me.

I called in weeks before my move and talked to the owner of the company, I told him exactly what I needed to move and what kind of truck. We agreed on the labor price and mileage. His secretary called me back and confirmed the date and time, and took a security deposit. I got an email confirmation and a schedule confirmation. I got email confirmation a week before to confirm the move. I got an app confirmation three days before. Then a text confrontation the day before and and another email. TLDR: Absolutely amazing communication and *very* reasonable quote for picking up an old loveseat…read more Brandon and Greg were super-nice and great to chat with too. Junk-Eaz should be top of your list. Details: Usually when I need to get rid of stuff, putting it on the curb makes it disappear in a day or two. I figured an older loveseat in decent condition would disappear. Four days in, it seemed to be of no interest to anyone so instead of letting it rot in front of my house, I needed to have it hauled away. I figured a reasonable price would be around $100-$150. I looked up a few places and got some quotes from locally owned companies. One company wanted $199. Second company wanted $299. Another company wanted $250. All had various schedules, the average was about a week out. I get it, business costs have gone up like everything else, but come on. Hauling away a small loveseat should not cost the same as my car payment. So, as a final effort, I contacted Junk-Eaz via text. I got a reply back very quickly and a quote of $109 and they could come same-day. Let that sink in. I responded instantly with my name and address. They said they'd be in touch when on their way. Sure enough, I get a text saying they were about 15 minutes out. Arriving on the dot, Greg and Brandon scooped up the loveseat and we chatted a bit. Both are super-nice, down to earth guys. The whole experience was great from start to finish. If you need haul-away services in the area, don't hesitate to reach out to Junk-Eaz!

I work for a mid-sized medical device company, and we had to move our entire finished goods warehouse in 3 weeks. Everything had to be inventoried, tagged, and wrapped before it could move. In addition, our inventory is fragile and temperature sensitive. Not only did the Brother Movers employees follow our strict guidelines right away the first time, but we actually had to slow them down; they got so far ahead of schedule we had to take time off in order to still have product through the end of the shipping run at the old warehouse. Everyone was courteous, patient, flexible, and helpful throughout the move. To put it simply, we could not have done this move successfully without Brother Movers. I know that if they met our needs for moving our warehouse, along with all of the quirks and complications that come with it, they'll do a great job with any residential or commercial move that you may need.
