I did an on line search & found Metech Recycling in Worcester. Luckily Sony has a program with them that waives a drop off fee. The downside is that they don't have pick up. The women in the front office were very pleasant, as was the gentleman that helped heave the TV out of the car. So glad to have an electronics recycling center nearby!

I just called to see if they can empty the bin this week since they will be driving by my house tomorrow. I was told that they would not empty the bin tomorrow because I did not call soon enough! No explanation was given on why the timing of my call effects their level of service. The BIGGEST surprise was how little Mr Trashman cared about me, the problem or my business with them. It may be time to look for a new trash pick up service which is unfortunate and totally avoidable.

This is a great company but what's not great is the manerger of transportation is a person that…read moreoperates old school with intention of always trying to get away with breaking DOT regulations trailers with no plates all markers lights never working and expect a driver to take a chance to get away with breaking those regulations of DOT and the worse part is as a manerger of transportation you should follow all DOT regulations and not advised a driver that he could get away with rolling at a stop signs as california roll that he calls it ...that's crazy how this old school driver expect young generations to do those type of stunt...hopefully this company will change the characters and old habits...what this old school driver don't understand is that the population of people have grown more in Massachusetts so is a different ball game from the 1960
