Brad is a very nice guy, informative and prompt to arrive to measure. Was told possibly 2 weeks to have them fabricated. No update for another 3 weeks until I called him, was told another week or so to complete fabrication. So just like the other negative reviews I felt that it would be the same story for me, another week and so on. This negative review is in no way a criticism of the quality of Brad's work, no doubt he does good work according to the positive reviews, just needs to communicate better, shouldn't be too much trouble to keep customers up to date on a job status.

I called to hopefully get help as i know it is still under warranty it was 4.5 yrs since it was installed. As a single mom getting new windows and a slider was a big deal as I don't have money just sitting there ready to just order another sliding glass door. Accu 1 Glass def. left me in the lurch not even trying to accommodate me in any way. I will tell everyone not to order from here as i KNOW i am not the only person with this issue.

That is why I wrote this review and will keep using them in the future.

They estimated the job to take 10 working days, and finished in 9 and a half. They washed every window, used a special cleaner that left the new Trex decking immaculate, and vacuumed up every bit of metal shaving and other debris, even offering to cart away some old metal fence posts that the fence company left behind. Steve and his crew were professional, courteous, and left the job site spotless at the end of every work day. The quality of the workmanship is impeccable, and I am ecstatic with the finished product. Sales manager Bruce Palestini checked in several times throughout the project, to make sure things were on track and that I was satisfied with both the progress and the workmanship. I couldn't be happier with my beautiful new porch and sunroom, and would highly recommend Wickens Construction to anyone who is looking to remodel or upgrade their mobile home.
