We trusted that this was true. We live 7 hours away and needed a week to pick up the unit. We did our walk through when we did the purchase. There were a few things found that needed to be addressed. We were assured that these items would be finished and the RV would be READY when we came in to pick it up. One week later (plenty of time to fix everything) we came in to pick it up. Nothing had been fixed!! The installation of the new batteries were conveniently forgotten, the door was still sticking, the check engine light was still an issue and the winterizing of the RV never happened. The check engine light was reset but about 20 miles down the road it came back on. This made our 7 hour trip stressful, we spent the whole time hoping we didn't have engine problems.

While I normally try to give businesses a chance, especially if they give back to the military/veteran community sometimes it just doesn't work out. So, after finding the item that I wanted on their website, I added it to the cart and proceeded to checkout. This is when I messaged customer service and asked if there was a discount code to apply at checkout for the military discount. I had mentioned the item I was ready to purchase and the current price. Customer service replied with the same item but said that it was a different price, actually higher. I go back to my cart and well look at that, after refreshing the cart the price jumped! Mind you, I was still giving them a chance to correct the issue/error that they had made. Anyways... you can read the conversation.
