Columbia Tractor sells John Deere equipment from lawn mowers to large tractors. Service is very…read morefriendly and helpful. You can also try the equipment right on their premises before you buy. The real plus here is that they service what they sell. So if you buy the same John Deere product from say Home Depot or Lowes I would think you're stuck if you have a problem. Also John Deere fixes their prices so there is no price advantage in shopping at the large box stores although I have seen 10% off sales at Lowes on in stock items only. I bought a large riding lawnmower from them and they delivered it for free. One caution is that if you order accessories they don't tell you that they charge for shipping if it's not in stock and that can be expensive.

So I went sat opened a account and made the purchase. Two months later after I entered into a auto pay agreement Tractor Supply went into my bank account and started taking 3 & 4 times the payment amount I had setup! I called to complain and after they had made me tell the story 4 times I'm getting irritated they pass me over to some guy for me to tell it again so I went to my bank account and used my balance transfer I told this rude guy I'm paying off my account with Tractor Supply, without him saying anything he cancelled my account. One month later I was going through my banking I found out my perfect credit @ 760 was reduced to 640 because Tractor Supply had hit me with late fees, when they closed my account my balance transfer never went finished the payoff . Tractor Supply is still sticking it to me 3 months later with late fees my balance transfer is waiting for TSC to accept but they will not because my account was closed. We had an issue with a leak in the roof of our Super-C and brought into Bobby Combs because we have…read morepreviously done business with them. After the roof was gone over and any possible problem spots were addressed I came to pick up the RV. When I drove it out I discovered it was still leaking after a heavy rainstorm. I turned around and went back. They accepted it back into the shop with no problems. After a week or two I was called that the RV was ready. When I arrived they surmised the leak was caused by a bolt or rivet had backed out near the front of the awning allowing water in. After fixing the issue I brought it home and had no other issues throughout the winter. Until I can get my shop finished it unfortunately is outside in the weather. I'm confident they spotted the issue and fived it properly. After all of this said I wanted to address their entire staff that I dealt with. All of them were very professional and genuinely seems to care about the issue I was having. I could tell the manager and tech(s) were a bit frustrated at not locating the leak initially. It is a rare day anymore when you come across a business that has genuine empathy for a customer and does everything possible to fix the issue. I cannot express how much I appreciate this business and it's employees. I have numerous friends with RV's of various sorts and openly recommend these folks in Hayden should they run into issues.
