I had them do siding on my small house, paid around $8000. I then called them back to do shutters on the back of my house (3 windows), already had them on the front. I called them after almost a couple of months to see when they were coming to put them on. They tell me they're in stock but have no one to come and install and as soon as they have someone that was free they will call to have them installed. I had to call them again after time had passed and again they tell me they cannot tell me when they can come because they are so so busy. I get it, take the money and run and forget who keeps you in business in the first place. It would take about 10 minutes to put shutters on 3 windows. I wish I had picked another company. And they told me that if a piece was damaged they could not guarantee the same color in the future, so make sure you ask that question when you are interviewing other companies.
