From the sales person to the installer and warranty person it just could not have been easier. All of them were prompt, very nice and easy to deal with. Installation took about 4.5 hours, the windows look beautiful and everything was clean. Not a speck of dirt or dust left behind!! The windows are quality. First thing I noticed was how much quieter my house was, living off a main road!!
