I met with MacKenzie and told her my needs. She educated me on my options and never pressured me to go with windows that I wasn't interested in. I was able to replace all the windows that needed replaced at one time (something I didn't think I would be able to afford) and I'm amazed at the difference the new windows have made already (no drafts and the heater isn't running all the time). Shayne and his crew were awesome as well. They came out and replaced 5 windows in 2.5 hours. They were polite, efficient, and they cleaned-up after themselves. I recommend Window World to others.

Duffy came to our home twice to go over everything and help make sure we understood what windows we would be getting and what, if any repair work would need to be done after installation. I also spoke to him several times on the phone. The windows look great and my husband and I were impressed with Duffy and his associate. They didn't leave any trash and disposed of the windows that were removed. We will be using Duffy and MLSK Windows and Doors for our window needs in the future. We are also planning to have their help with several exterior door replacements. He is a kind and generous man and his rates are very reasonable. As a tip, please allow time when planning for window replacements. It takes many weeks to pick out windows, get them delivered and allow for the installation.
