We spent some at their booth because it was so comfortable speaking with them. We also met other installers and companies there as well and soon after started having in person visits. The install date arrived and Anthony and Allen plus the entire install team were super professional and knowledgeable. I called Masterpiece Construction Experts. Tori came out to the house and we gave her an idea of what we wanted to do. Tori made an appointment for Brandon to stop by and look at the doors. He came by and a couple of days later Tori called with an estimate to replace the three doors. The custom doors were fabricated by a local door manufacturing company and Brandon brought them out and installed them. They turned out nicer that we could have ever imagined. He got back to me very quickly after requesting a quote on a Friday morning and then was at my house in person the next day -- Saturday. We didn't make up our mind on the service provider until Wednesday that next week (because that was the soonest the other service provider could get to our house to give us a quote). Called Steve on Wednesday to give him the good news, and he was there that Saturday installing our door (the other provider had a couple week lead time to install). Steve was friendly, professional, and quick. We love, love, LOVE our doors! We have true french, glass doors that open outward toward our patio. We can now have both doors wide open anytime we want! And nothing to block the view when the doors are closed (like if we had permanent screen doors in front of them), or open for that matter. The retraction works great, and the connector with the little switch that keeps the doors shut works perfectly (much better than the magnet option, imho). The product looks really, really nice. It's high quality. I should say that we tried to DIY with a product from Home Depot. Not HD's fault, but the product was absolutely AWFUL. Shoddy, cheap, and non-functioning. What a waste of time, effort, and money (that was refunded). I really encourage you to make the investment if you think this is what you want. Oh, and fwiw, the two estimates of Steve's and the other service provider were basically the same.
