I took my brand new 2025 Cadillac suv in to get the 2 front windows tinted on a Thursday I want…read morethere more than a hour and I get a phone call they broke the passenger side window, told me they was waiting for a call back from a guy to see if he had the window in stock, well it wasn't so they had to order it and I would have to wait a week to get it fixed, they also told my husband they would not charge us for the tint, ok mistakes happen, I guess but a whole week why not overnight the window or 2 day shipping? I was not happy. Then a week goes by and we hear nothing my husband called and they said they would call to see where it was, again not happy! They called back and of course we work like normal people so have to wait till a day off to get it fixed, finally get it fixed and my husband went to pick it up and they charged us for the tint! Apparently they told my husband he miss understand them they said they wasn't charging him that day when they broke the window, but charged him after they fixed the window. Definitely won't go back and will make sure friends and family know.
