We spent some at their booth because it was so comfortable speaking with them. We also met other installers and companies there as well and soon after started having in person visits. The decision to go with Elevated and Jace was a no-brainer. We were kept in the loop from beginning as to when the doors were ordered, shipped, and delivered to Elevated from ProVia. The install date arrived and Anthony and Allen plus the entire install team were super professional and knowledgeable. These guys know what they are doing and have been doing installs in the valley for a long time. With Elevated, you're not getting some random crew that is being assembled, you're getting Avenger level installers. The front doors are gorgeous beyond words. I added two pictures of what the front doors looked like before as a comparison and the patio doors with the blinds are STUNNING! If there was ever a deserved rating of 5 Stars, it is for the entire team at Elevated Windows & Doors. I can't thank Jace enough for all his time and commitment to make this project reality. DO NOT WORK WITH BRAD!!!! There are not enough words in the English language to begin to describe…read morehow badly he has treated my widowed grandmother, who took him at his word because he said he valued honesty and integrity. He clearly does NOT value honest and integrity from himself. He doesn't stand behind the warranties he claims comes with his work (which isn't as quality as his company name insinuates). Ever since my grandmother called him back to fix a leak in her roof (which was still fully under warranty and he should have fixed without any qualms), he has done no substantive work to get the roof fixed (in fact, another company had to come and completely fix all of the work that he had done) and since then he has tried to extort my grandmother out of $1400 for doing absolutely nothing at all - an invoice which he didn't send until two months after he had allegedly done the work. He claims this fee is for attending a meeting with my grandmother's insurance adjuster, which he himself asked to be able to do - my grandmother never asked him to be there, nor was she told he would charge a nearly $1500 fee for an hour's worth of work. Be so for real, Brad. Brad's communication has since evolved into bully tactics, threatening my grandmother (his client who trusted him and his allegedly honest dealings!) with putting a lien on her house (which he cannot do by law past 90 days after the "substantive work" was completed...which again, was none plus it was well past the 90 days when he made that threat) and claiming that she is committing insurance fraud. Personally, I think it's the other way around, given how absolutely desperate he is to collect money for work he didn't do. He called HER the dishonest which is so unbelievably laughable when you consider what he has done to terrorize my widowed grandmother. The Better Business Bureau should shut this guy down. No one should treat their clients like this, especially vulnerable elders. If you're thinking about using Brad for your roofing...don't. Just don't.

My mom used this company because she knows the owner and she even got the warranty to help cover any needed repairs because she's a widow and doesn't have extra money for unwanted repairs. It's only been a few years since her roof was repaired and we had some nasty weather that caused a leak in her home. Let's just say ever since she called him to come fix or at least look at damage done inside and out this man/owner has not only been a sketchy shady guy but harrassed my mom relentlessly and not only didn't fix the work he should have she got the insurance money for repairs and used it for someone else to repair it. Since then he texted her saying no further payment needed from her (not sure why he thought he had a payment due, as he had not done any work but stopped the leak and was there for adjusters, to cover his own butt). He has still harassed her saying she owes him $1750 for his time and service (which was nothing since she has a warranty and no payment was due) and will send her to collections and ruin her credit and put a lean on her house, which he can't do because he did not work and has nothing to show he did any work. Theres so much more to this story but figured it was enough shared. DO NOT use this man and his company, he has treated my mother with so much disrespect she had to block him and now he is harrassing her through email. She is the kindest woman I know and she doesn't deserve this treatment. I hope this helps someone trying to decide who to use in the future.

I met with MacKenzie and told her my needs. She educated me on my options and never pressured me to go with windows that I wasn't interested in. I was able to replace all the windows that needed replaced at one time (something I didn't think I would be able to afford) and I'm amazed at the difference the new windows have made already (no drafts and the heater isn't running all the time). Shayne and his crew were awesome as well. They came out and replaced 5 windows in 2.5 hours. They were polite, efficient, and they cleaned-up after themselves. I recommend Window World to others.

Be extremely careful about what you are getting in quantity. I learned the hard way. My receipts…read moreshowed the supposed square footage, not the boxes. My contractor picked up 83 boxes which contained 7 tiles, equaling 14 square feet. The total pickup was 996 square feet, not the 1200 listed. This was also evidenced when I ran out of tile. This also happened on a small order where I did the math for what I needed , added 10% for waste and was still 2 boxes short. The receipt does NOT show boxes, so you do not have recourse once you leave the store. Phil is argumentative, and although Marco seems decent, this has not been resolved so this is my PSA. This has cost me over $1500 in materials and trips back to the store for more tile. It was Florida tile so part of the issue is probably with the supplier too. Count the boxes AND the tiles. Sorry guys but that is the truth. Otherwise, good selection and customer service.

RJ & Clint did a top quality job installing shower glass for 4 custom showers, a glass door and mirrors during a remodel we did. They were on time, honest and took genuine care making sure our requests and needs were met. When the need arose, they recommended alternative solutions in order to make the project run smooth and accurate. They also helped with other projects around the house such as setting cabinets and painting. Wildcat prices were very reasonable. I was so pleased to find a contractor that could help me with my urgent r window leak repair Rj came out, we walked out the job and assured me there was a fix for my problem. I removed and disassembled the broken mirror, removing the broken lens and took it to Asqueta Glass. They showed me a piece of similar thickness mirror and cut me the exact replacement mirror after a short wait, I took it home and with some minor trimming it popped right in. They charges me a total of $8.04 the price of one square foot of mirror their minimum charge. These people were wonderful and took care of my simple little project. If you need glass or mirror help, this business is wonderful and extremely fair and helpful. I don't think you will go wrong if you use Asqueta Glass.
