This dealer called me all morning for a vehicle, called me when i was 20 minutes out saying they had a vehicle that currently still shows available as well I type knowing the distance I was driving only for me to get here and they claim a vehicle that's been on their lot over 4 months was just sold cash! Yet they didnt bother to reach out and advise me. The owner mike had just spoken to me about the vehicle. Made up a story saying he sold the vehicle "30 minutes" before I walked in, but it was just confirmed it was available 20 minutes ago when I was on my way! This is scam season people and this scam likely company is apart of the problem!

I am the owner of a local business who considered Paul Culp a friend. Not any longer. He screwed me…read moreover on this car repair: took 2 months, raised prices, car now wreaks like cigarettes and has a horrible antifreeze leak after. Not only did he lie to me about the engine he was getting having a warranty that could be serviced where I live but he had the nerve to act like it was no big deal when asked today. The side quarter panel was knocked out somehow while in his possession also. I paid $1350 to have no car for 2 months and then end up with a car with engine problems... STAY AWAY. Do not use this shop. It's worth paying a little more and going to a shop that prides themselves in their work. I can't believe this man considers himself a Christian. They set this used engine they installed at a 1500 rpm idle most likely because it doesn't run right. I am shocked after referring so many customers and knowing him for 10 years he would treat my repair this way. I should have listened to the many family, friends, and business owners who discontinued doing business with him over similar incidents. I hope this review can save someone the headaches that Culp Automotive will cause them if you choose to have them do repairs. They will ask for a deposit upfront then delay the work with excuses and deadlines they don't meet. Horrible way to run a business and I have no clue how he stays in business treating his friends like s***. I wish this had an option for 0 stars.

Our 2014 Toyota Rav4 will also be taken to A1 if the need arises. You can talk to the owner and he doesn't roll his eyes at you. He listens to what you have to say then gives you his thoughts without being condescending. If something comes up during the repair Matt takes the time to call, fill you in and makes sure you understand what needs to be done.

It would have been easiest and more profitable for him if he would have just given the car a quick once over and do what many would have considered the most obvious and replaced the A/C compressor with it's large price tag. Read the following for more info: A couple months ago, I brought my brand new car to Dan at Chi-South Customs 25885 S Ridgeland Ave #4, Monee, IL 60449 to paint an Italian stripe on the front, fix one scratch on front drivers fender, and color match the silver trim around side windows and a couple other spots on car. Three weeks later I picked up my car and paid in full. The next day I called Dan since I saw several issues with the vehicle. We went over every part of what he did wrong on my car. He gave me $2000. back. Could still see scratch on fender, the stripe is wavy, bled into the black, a scratch out of the white by emblem that he didn't even take off to paint. Painted all silver trim on car with out taking it off and didn't prep correctly. Passenger side $2000 in damage, head light has a 3 in. scratch. Front grill that wasn't painted has a 2in. scratch and over spray on it. All rubber around windows has paint on it. Red, white, and green over spray on sunroof. Over spray on other parts of car and windows. Damaged the front clip and hood with out fixing lines and wet sanded and buffed only parts of it. Buffing compound in a lot of spots he didn't clean. Now I have over $10,000 in damage I have to put out now to get it fixed. Dan said his insurance won't take care of it and he has no money. I told him to at least make payments and no response. Sorry to say he's not a man of his word.

I went through a number of dealerships - the first could not get any dealer to trade with them, the second refused to reserve it for me even with a deposit, the third told me it was there when it was sold the day before. I ended up contacting Bradley of Kia to see if they could locate one, and shortly after was contacted by Grayson who told me he could probably get me one sooner than the other dealership I was talking to. I ended up putting a $500 deposit down to secure the exact model through a dealer trade and went to pick it up on my day off, driving an hour each way, only to find that it too had been sold the day before I got there even though it had been reserved for me. Grayson openly admitted this was their mistake, and general sales manager Derek also came in to apologize and told me this was not how they do business, and also let me know that if I was interested in continuing to do business with them, they would locate the exact car I wanted and sell it to me for $1,000 less than their invoice price. Grayson promised that they would do everything to get me the car I wanted, even if he had to drive to get it himself. This was vastly different than my experience at a North Aurora Kia dealership that had also told me a car was available when it wasn't. They owned up to the error and made it worth my while to come back. Within a week, they had located the exact vehicle and did a dealer trade. Their employee drove 6 hours round trip to bring it back to Bradley for me to purchase on my next day off. This time the car was waiting for me outside, and was exactly what I wanted. The dealership honored their $1,000 off invoice price, and was able to get me the price and monthly payment that I wanted. The manager stopped in and thanked me for coming back to do business with them. The car was washed and had a full tank when I left with it, and I couldn't be happier.
