Plus just recently on my 2022 bronco sport wondering why my splash shield is partially broken or not connected from former service they messed up the screw in hold downs plus missing screw hold down on the right front and I for one haven't hit anything nor been doing anything underneath the car it's time to fix your mistakes man up to it plus your mechanic to whom did it and never told me or my wife about the problem which there really good at trying to get out of things read more

I really loved this dealership. So much that I drove 45 minutes away, when I have a Ford dealer 10 min away. They were always friendly, responsive and I was truly prepared to be a "customer for life." I brought my car there for all its maintenance tasks, oil changes and anything else it needed. Long story short, I had an oil change and didn't notice until about 2 weeks of driving later, they hadn't tightened my oil filter. In a panic, I checked the dipstick and there was nothing registering. I called and spoke to the Service manager, who is/was always a nice guy- and they decided to send the mobile service van out to fix my car instead of driving there. I really appreciated that-even though they dropped the ball to begin with. Unfortunately for me, my car (Ecosport) uses a wet timing belt-which means it relies on engine oil to keep the non-metallic belt lubricated-and if that belt breaks, my engine is toast-as all the internals will slam into each other. So this great experience I had from the time of sale, has now become a ticking time bomb. Do I wait until the recommended service interval to replace the belt-$$$, or do I do it early and pay for something I shouldn't even have to worry about yet? (This incident occurred awhile ago, but I was asked to review today) ***************UPDATE March 2024*************** Less than 5 years and 60k miles, the same dealership now says the timing belt needs to be changed at the tune of +\- $4000!! Beware. Service department failing. Took my vehicle in for an oil change last fall, due to the neglect of the tech he left my oil cap off and sitting in my engine bay. Months of driving left oil spewed all over my car and under side of my vehicle. Drained what oil was left in the engine. 2.5 quarts when it should of been 6qts. Reached out to Dorazio, talked to the service manager David E, who said he would get back to me, well it's been a week with no return call from David. So beware!! read more

I will never take my car to be serviced here again without taking it to another mechanic first(my car is still under warranty otherwise I would not go back). In September I took it in for issues I had with my car shaking and hesitating. They told me I needed spark plugs, new rear brakes due to the pads being worn and rotars being old and new tires due to tread was bad and inside of tires being mangled. I got the spark plugs, but the thing that got me was the rear brakes and the tires. The week before I brought my car in my fiance just put on new brake pads on the back and , even after I was told the pads were worn down the day I took my car in, when I got home from the dealership that day, my fiance took the tires off and looked at the pads and the pads were still good. I was also told that the pads were rusted and worn down, and again, they were not. This past Friday I made an appointment at Belle Tires in Shorewood and the technician(Ben) came out and asked me why am I there because my tires are fine? I told him I needed new tires according to Ford , that they were warped . He said "Hold on, let me just check again" Came out and he said "Ma'am, Your tires are fine. They are still like brand new. (and yes he checked the inside of the tire as well, I called him again today since Mike wanted to think I was lying about it) and told me he checked the WHOLE tire and they are fine". He stated he could not justify selling me tires when my current ones are still good. I brought it up to the service department this past weekend and they stated they would pass the ionformation to Mike the service manager. Well, I get a call from Mike and pretty much treated me like I was lying about it because "His senior technician" said I needed them. And the thing is, all I wanted was reassurance that it wouldn't happen again because that would've been 1,059.00 I would've paid for no reason. Now my car still hesitates and shakes and I have an appointment coming up that I will be canceling because I will be taking my car into another mechanic to get it diagnosed before I take it to them. I used to love D'Orazio and would brag about them to anyone who was going to buy a car. Crap, my fiance sent multiple people to buy trucks there. Dave has always been awesome in service, but the last 2yrs service has gone down and now almost cost me 1,059.00. So they now lost 2 customers due to service. Btw, Ray was looking for another truck and it looks like we will be buying somewhere else, due to service. It is sad that one department can bring down the whole place. The sales department, Vince, are awesome, Gill has always been helpful, but the last couple of times I have been there service sucked. I was not asking for anything just for them to reassure me that they will look at my car and I will know it was taken good care of. I am sorry, but 1,059.00 is a HUGE mistake and now lost a customer due to that. And believe me, there have been a lot of mistakes in the past but this is my final straw. read more

They really made me mad. I called over a week ago to get my truck serviced. I had to wait a week to get it in. The truck was dropped off this morning. I did not receive a call or email all day letting me know what the status was. At 4:50 pm we called to find out if it was ready for pick up. A person named Brian flat out LIED to me and said it was still being diagnosed. I drove by and saw my truck was in the same place it was parked. Once a vehicle is pulled inside for work they don't put it back outside. I was upset that I had to wait a week to get my vehicle in, then it got worse when they lied to me! I have been going to that dealership for a LONG time. No more! I picked up my truck with the extra set of keys and the last time they see me will be when I go back for my keys. I will take it to someone who knows how to treat a customer! Shame on you D'orazo Ford!!! read more

Ford made an appointment in a very reasonable time that fit my schedule. Eric took a test drive with me. He wanted to check but new what the problem was from the sound. He gave me a nice loaner car to drive so I wouldn't have to sit there. Eric gave timely communication. He was polite and professional. I have had nothing but good experiences with them and have had my car there 3 times. I am a Ford girl and will go to D'Orazio when I want to purchase a new Ford. read more

I recently found myself in a jam and needed a new car. My brother put me in contact with Bernie at D'Orazio. He promptly reached out and by the end of the day, we had an agreement for me to purchase a brand new Ford Escape. He was having it delivered to my house later that week. Cody came with the car and paperwork. It took all of 20 minutes and I was a brand new car owner! Everyone was super nice and easy to deal with. When the dealership was initially purchased I took my car in and was not happy with the service at all. Tried two other dealerships in the area and not impressed at all with the service either, so was certainly missing Southoak as they always treated me very well. Being handicapped it is very diffucult to do a lot of things for myself so I depend on my family very much. Southoak always had my car up front for me and the service manager always walked me out to car acting like he was just talking but really to make sure I got there ok. Bing limited and not wanting to inconvenience my family any further we brought it back to you for service since it is closest. I was very happy with the service. Mike who I spoke with the entire time for appt and status was very very friendly and explained all the problems we were having with our car. I believe that almost any situation can be handled without being rude or unfriendly. Most people are happy with just a smile and how are you and a smile is free. So I hope this service continues cause customer service is just as important as the service on the vehicle and no one likes to give their money to be treated badly.
