Bianca was prompt at responded to my messages and very easy to communicate with. Hugo was the technician who came out to re-screen our sliding door, as well as one of the side windows. We originally thought the entire door needed to be replaced because our dog decided to go right through it and knocked it off the tracks. Luckily, Hugo was able to have everything fixed with no fuss and in a very short time. I'd like to mention that they do charge for mobile screen repair, but it's worth it if you're not able to transport your screens to them to be replaced. The final invoice was lower than the quote, and that's always great news.
