Honestly, not the best but it's the best out of the options in Pullman and Moscow. Do not wait around until the last minute because a "rush order" is over 48 hours. They are overpriced for the service, as well. However, it is the only option we have found that is semi decent. read more

This has been a little while. But i had my weighted blanket "cleaned" here. It came back smelling worse than when i had it. It smelled of cigarettes, tires and old musty clothes. So i washed it in my bath tub and it smelled foul and the water was immediately brown. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I used Western Laundry in Pullman when they still had a store there, but it closed and I have had to go to their Moscow, Idaho, location twice now. In Pullman, I NEVER had a problem, but my experiences at the Moscow location have both been bad. My orders at the Moscow location have been very simple, both times all they have been were to dry clean, starch and fold dress shirts, so they were ready to pack for business travel. Their service has been terrible both times, and I have been charged full price both times, even though neither time did I receive what I requested and what I paid for. If I could give this dry cleaner a worse review than a 1 of 5, I would. The first time, not only was my order not ready two days after the day they said it would be ready, it wasn't ready three days after the revised date they said it would be ready. It wouldn't be a huge deal if they would call to say it wasn't ready, but they didn't and my drive is 10 miles each way to drop off and pick up. I literally drove 60 total miles to finally pick up my order. In order to never use this dry cleaner in the future, I will drop if off in cities I regularly travel to, and will actually pay less to have it done. To have it done locally, so I can support local businesses, I would pay triple what I have paid, but I can't support a business that literally does not care about customers, customer service or giving customers what they are paying for. read more

10000% would not recommend!! I dropped my wedding dress and veil off in July, two days after my wedding. I was told it would be done around mid-September. I received a phone call around the end of August quoting me a price of roughly $270 to clean my dress and veil, which I confirmed was fine. My dress had 5 layers, so I had already figured it would cost a bit because of the time needed to clean. At that point, I thought, they are confirming the price, they are going to start cleaning it. I called again in mid-September and was told they off source their wedding dresses and the lady who cleans them had been sick so there was a delay. Called again in October and was told it still wasn't done and they needed to contact the lady who cleans them to figure out what was going on. They stated it could be taking longer if there were stains that needed to be deep cleaned - mind you, there were no stains on my dress, just dirt and bugs from an outside wedding. At that point, I was in a panic that perhaps my dress and veil had been lost. I asked them to just get the dress back, I would pick it up and take it elsewhere as they have had it for 3 months already. When they called me back, they stated she hadn't gotten to it yet, but they could start that day and have it done and return it to me by the next Monday, and they would give me a discount (kudos to them for offering that). I declined and said I would just like to come and get it and take it elsewhere. A few days later, I received a phone call saying that my dress and veil had been returned to the store and I could come and pick it up. When I got there, I opened the garment bags to check for any damage. I was then told by the associate that the lady who cleans them said, she just couldn't clean my dress. This business does nothing but lie to you. Why would you quote me a price and keep my items for 3 months, if you weren't able to clean it. The first time you looked at my items, you should have determined then that you couldn't clean it and asked me to take it elsewhere. Nothing but lies and unprofessionalism! read more

My wedding dress got dropped off on September 21st and I was given a receipt for pick up on November 21st. Two months is a long time for a simple cleaning, as it only had a few marks and a dirty hem, but fine. Later, I asked for a price, as they told me when I dropped it off that they couldn't give me an estimate, and they told me it could be anywhere from $300 to over $1000! I called again in November and they gave me no clear answer on pricing. I never got a notification to pick up my dress for November and in mid-December, I had to call them myself. The person almost couldn't find my dress and when I asked if it was clean yet, they seemed very dodgy and hesitant, telling me it was still being worked on. I yet again asked for price, and again no clear answer. When I went in the next day to demand my dress back, they said it was mid-wash still and insinuated that it was probably because I gave it to them overly stained. At this point, it had been three months, one month of which was over the due date. When I kept pushing, they also told me the due date on the reciept wasnt a due date at all, just an estimate they didn't have to meet. At the end, I was told I would be put on priority and that it needed one more wash, being finished in the next few days. I waited ten more business days and got no call. I went in again and they said it still needed steamed and to come back in another week, as "steaming takes a long time." Which is ridiculous. I got the dress back later that day and it is clean, but the service overall was horrible. It was clear they just forgot my dress in the back. The reciept with my dress says they only spent a total of two hours cleaning my dress. I know that drying times are probably another few hours, but that little amount of labor for over three months of it sitting there, plus the fact that I had to basically bully them into finishing an important item, is ridiculous. I also washed my husband's suit here, and the neckline was still yellow as if it wasn't touched. I never complained about it and I trusted them again, which was a mistake. read more

Wedding Dress Disaster The service here is terrible! They do not communicate proactively or act with any urgency. We gave them a wedding dress to steam on Tuesday morning. On Thursday afternoon, they still hadn't done it and realized their steaming machine was broken. They should have done it first thing Tuesday. On Thursday, they ended up finishing it by closing time, but once again they didn't tell us or communicate proactively, so our schedule was still thrown off because they failed to understand how we were dependent on them to get this done. If they had just picked up the phone, this could've been resolved. They were a significant disappointed us twice in 1 week. Do not trust them with anything remotely important. We dropped off our duvet to be laundered here for a ridiculous price and awful experience. Just a regular wash because it was a king size and we didn't have a big enough washer to do it. They quoted us 3 weeks to get to it, which wasn't too bad. We figured they had a lot to do. But when they called us in to pick it up, they tried to give us someone else's duvet. Turns out they sent our duvet home with the wrong person. That person only comes in once a month so we had to wait an additional month for this person to return it to pick it up. When they finally called us to pick it up again, they charged us full price. It was just very unprofessional and disappointing. They didn't really try to remedy the situation at all and it just kept getting worse. read more

After several days of trying to get ahold of the manager and see what was being done and when I could expect my suit back, the manager finally told me that there was nothing they could do and they would reach out to the manufacturer about the issue because Oxford/Western Laundry "did nothing wrong and are not at fault" DO NOT BRING ANYTHING OF VALUE TO THIS BUSINESS. read more

I had a terrible experience with this business. Started with drop-off where I was quoted $50.64 for drapes that weighed 4 pounds. Upon pickup the bill was for "3 items" = $75.99. After I waited two weeks between drop off and pickup, they were not ready. After phone calls (most unanswered) and personal visits finally they were ready a day late. The dry cleaning work itself was great, but lackluster communication and extremely poor customer service is unacceptable. I dropped off my gown on Thursday (12/7/17) for graduation on Saturday (12/9/17) and paid for express service for completion the following day by 4:00pm. I left my cellphone number and stated I needed the gown no later than Friday. I asked "how LATE will you be open tomorrow?" and the clerk stated "8:00". I replied, "perfect, I'll be there BEFORE then". Perhaps it was the background noise that caused the miscommunication, the store opened at 8:00am closed at 6:00pm with my gown locked in. Arriving just after close, I called multiple times to see if it would be possible to recover my gown and, and sent an email requesting a response to the problem. To date, I have not heard back from Western Laundry and no further action was taken beyond "I'm very sorry about that". Thankfully, I was able to rent a second regalia set at additional cost. Western Laundry does not appear to value their customer and upon further investigation I found that I am not the only customer who has experienced frustration. I would encourage you to read the reviews and research other options before conducting business with Western Laundry. read more

This place is never getting our business again. They benefit from being the only dry cleaner in town, and think they can get away with not performing the service requested, ruining clothes, and being rude. We took a silk shirt in for cleaning, and specifically requested dry cleaning. They obviously laundered the shirt and starched it right through the wrinkles. The materiaI was hard and "crunchy", not soft like it was when brought in and as a silk shirt should be. I politely pointed out the problem to the girl behind the counter, and she became visibly agited with me and made a host of excuses that made no sense (like the shirt may have been covered in sweat). She continued to be angry, grabbed the shirt out of my hands and slapped a new claim check on the counter and said "see you Thursday". We returned to pick up the shirt on Thursday and it was better... not perfect, but wearable again. From now on, we will take our dry cleaning into Lewiston where we've received much better service. read more

Employees are honest ( they found some items of my husbands inside of his blazer and they returned every piece and penny). They where efficient in getting our items done in a rush too! The parking is terrible because its right on main street but its worth it! read more

My husband and I got a few blazers cleaned and pressed here a few weeks ago. As soon as we got them home, we noticed they looked worse than before, new wrinkles around the lapel had appeared that were not there when we dropped them off. We also quickly noticed that a button had fallen off one of them and was missing. We called western laundry and they said they found the button and if we brought it back they would sew it back on for free-as if that was some sort of a gift to us after they had lost the button. They sewed it back on, but between that and the blazers looking like they hadn't been pressed at all, I will definitely not return. read more

I took my daughter's wedding dress (many layers of tulle) in to have the bottom edges cleaned after her wedding and photo shoot (not cheap!) I wanted it to look nice for her reception in a couple of more weeks. They took longer than expected and the edges were only a little cleaner. After the reception, I took the dress in for cleaning and final preservation ($200 plus job). When I got it back, it was full, and I mean full, of dog hair. They said that they had cleaned it in a machine with a dirty filter. They tried to clean it again, but I ended up picking out tons of dog hair from all the layers of tulle (and still paying them). I decided to give them one more try. I took in a satin dance dress to be cleaned that my daughter wore to a dance. The armpits smelled awful. When I went to pick it up, they could not find it, saying that it was probably going through the machines right then. They said they would call me the next day when they had located it; they never did. I called the third day, and they said it was ready and hanging in a bag. I picked it up and took it home only to find that one armpit smell ok while the other smelled the same - awful. Terrible quality. I'll go somewhere else from now on, even if that means Spokane. read more

I had an ongoing contract to have W Laundry do 2 loads a week for me. There were numerous problems this year (not doing the laundry, not having it done on time or doing it incorrectly) ~ that got worse after I spoke to a manager. Most recently their employees were rude to my employee and management did not offer a solution to these issues. On so many levels, the inadequacy of the product and manner in which it was done was not professional. I can not recommend that anyone use their services. read more

Do not go here! Wanted to wear my suit for my med school GRADUATION. Gave them my suit top with a couple drink stains from a night out and gave them four days to clean it. I showed up 30 minutes early than what they expected and it was not cleaned (stains and wrinkles still blatant, but I was still told that it had been cleaned and they couldn't get the stains out). I said please try to clean it and gave them another hour since I was a bit early (t minus 1.5 hours 'till graduation). Not a big deal. Come back an hour later and it was wrapped up in plastic, I paid $9 and the stains were untouched but it had been pressed. After paying, I gave my suit top a closer look and it hadn't been touched. I was told that they just didn't have the time to get the stains out. Got a little frustrated (t minus 30 mins 'til graduation). Took the damn suit top home, dabbed it with a watered paper towel, put a hair dryer to it, and stains were completely gone in 1 minute. This is my first poor customer review of my life and I am highly disappointed and will be sharing this story with my fellow students and local physicians. read more
