I received a phone call around the end of August quoting me a price of roughly $270 to clean my dress and veil, which I confirmed was fine. My dress had 5 layers, so I had already figured it would cost a bit because of the time needed to clean. At that point, I thought, they are confirming the price, they are going to start cleaning it. I called again in mid-September and was told they off source their wedding dresses and the lady who cleans them had been sick so there was a delay. Called again in October and was told it still wasn't done and they needed to contact the lady who cleans them to figure out what was going on. They stated it could be taking longer if there were stains that needed to be deep cleaned - mind you, there were no stains on my dress, just dirt and bugs from an outside wedding. At that point, I was in a panic that perhaps my dress and veil had been lost. I asked them to just get the dress back, I would pick it up and take it elsewhere as they have had it for 3 months already. When they called me back, they stated she hadn't gotten to it yet, but they could start that day and have it done and return it to me by the next Monday, and they would give me a discount (kudos to them for offering that). I declined and said I would just like to come and get it and take it elsewhere. A few days later, I received a phone call saying that my dress and veil had been returned to the store and I could come and pick it up. When I got there, I opened the garment bags to check for any damage. I was then told by the associate that the lady who cleans them said, she just couldn't clean my dress. This business does nothing but lie to you. Why would you quote me a price and keep my items for 3 months, if you weren't able to clean it. The first time you looked at my items, you should have determined then that you couldn't clean it and asked me to take it elsewhere. Nothing but lies and unprofessionalism!

In Pullman, I NEVER had a problem, but my experiences at the Moscow location have both been bad. My orders at the Moscow location have been very simple, both times all they have been were to dry clean, starch and fold dress shirts, so they were ready to pack for business travel. Their service has been terrible both times, and I have been charged full price both times, even though neither time did I receive what I requested and what I paid for. If I could give this dry cleaner a worse review than a 1 of 5, I would. The first time, not only was my order not ready two days after the day they said it would be ready, it wasn't ready three days after the revised date they said it would be ready. It wouldn't be a huge deal if they would call to say it wasn't ready, but they didn't and my drive is 10 miles each way to drop off and pick up. I literally drove 60 total miles to finally pick up my order. In order to never use this dry cleaner in the future, I will drop if off in cities I regularly travel to, and will actually pay less to have it done. To have it done locally, so I can support local businesses, I would pay triple what I have paid, but I can't support a business that literally does not care about customers, customer service or giving customers what they are paying for.

Dryers may turn but not all actually dry your clothes. Be sure and try your dryer with a quarter first. Seems basically clean inside. Various height tables for folding. The upholstered chairs are heavily stained. One look and you'll head for the vinyl bench. Fried chicken place next door and espresso across the street.

When he approached the manager they told him it wasn't the machine and that it was his clothes. As soon as the manager approached I started videotaping because I could tell it was going to be a problem. I did interfere and say it pretty cheap just to give him a second wash. At which point the manager aggressively approached me and asked are you washing clothes here. I affirmed. He then said, you are no longer welcome here don't come back. All of this over not wanting to provide a simple apology and wash. This in way means that they are dirty. A lot of people wash clothes there and someone before him probably washed really dirty clothes. It does mean that their customer service is very bad and they have no respect for their customers.
