So this is how we were woken up this morning. Don't know if the service is good. But that guy was a douche. We live in an apartment complex and there were more than just our windows open. Preventitive traps have been set for the rodents. We've never had a problem with the carpenter ants or rodents - unlike our neighbors. About 2 or so times a year we do have an invasion of "sugar ants" that seem to come in through a kitchen window. Venabales comes out within a few days of my call, sprays outside and has left ant traps. Problem solved! They always call a few days before the scheduled service then the technician calls to letus know he's on his way. All in all, our investment is secure as possible from "invasions". The person who showed up was not with sound pest but was with Fikes. He spent all of 5 mins walking through my house and sprayed an aerosol can that costs I believe $29.99. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.

First, my work started with Tom, a great gentleman who showed up right on time, thoroughly inspected the house, gave me all the details, and walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. He made sure I understood every step and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. His professionalism set the tone for the entire project. We then had two days of work scheduled. Both project managers, Eric and Greg, were wonderful people. They were attentive, communicative, and did their absolute best to keep everything running smoothly. I really appreciate how well they coordinated the work. The crew overall did a fantastic job -- they worked clean, were respectful of our home and space, and showed up on time every single day. You can tell they take pride in what they do. What truly sets Super Attic Solutions apart is their sense of ownership and level of commitment. They didn't just finish the job and walk away -- they followed up not once, but twice to make sure everything was top notch and that I was fully satisfied. That level of dedication and care is rare to find. You can tell this is a company that genuinely stands behind their work and treats every customer like they matter. For an $8,000 investment, that kind of commitment gives you real peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Super Attic Solutions and will be using them again in the future. Five stars well deserved.
