He pointed out to me the particular clasps used on the pearl necklaces I'd brought in, and then pointed out to me the various tonalities in the individual pearls, what makes some pearls more valuable than others etc. He was very patient and straightforward. I felt like I was in very good hands with David, and that I'd not get 'scammed' or told anything simply because I might want to hear it. In the end, David told me that there was nothing I had that was of any particularly outstanding value.
