I have taken my S&W EZ 9m to Dave and Brenna to have the backstrap saftey repaired,although they dont do gun smithing Brenna assure me she would drop it off to a local smyth there in town and get back to me. its been along while now and I have called many times and left messages when their answering message was available, must most of the time there isnt any and I have as yet not recieved an answer as they do not respond. I realize that they have had a family illness and were not available, but I had been there at least 3 times since then traveling from Sedona to Prescott and they are still not open although their sign says they are. This is no the way a VETERAN OWNED gun shop is supposed to operate. Veterans operate with integrity. I still have no way of knowing where my gun is because they dont respond. what is the problem? Update! As of this morrning, Aug.21. I recieved a phone call from Brenna explaining what had happned in relation to some serious health concerns for her, and apologized for the lack of communication, and she will be catching up to all her clients. Red X Armory is small little shop run by a husband and wife team working a lot of hours to try to stay in business. They have reasonable prices and can try to get ahold of what ever you're looking for and if they don't have it in their shop they can try to get it for you. They were both very helpful with me. I've been a gun guy since I was five years old and I still have all of the first guns that I bought. Ive had several visits to RedX and had learning curve on how to respond to the male half owner, that has the same personality as myself. Anyway it was handled by the female half owner, but not before feathers were ruffled. I wrote a crappy review and shouldn't have. When they first opened i went there and i loved it. Very competitive prices. And locally owned so i bought ammo and recommended everybody to this gun shop. Went in a few eeeks ago to buy more ammo and they wanted $32 for a box of 9mm. I told them they were crazy and last time i was in it was $20 and that the only reason i bought from them and not online where i could save money was because they were local. They told me i was wrong i disagreed and told them i won't be coming back. When i can get a box of 9 online for $16-$20 and you're selling it for $32 I'm going with online. They're gauging their customers and taking advantage of them. I no longer recommend this store to anyone read more

I have been attempting to get Redx Armory to either send me the CA-compliant Glock 19 gen3 pistol or provide me with a refund since December 2020. Brenna sent me an email in December 2020 stating they had a CA-compliant pistol,s but it would cost $177.96 more ($550.00 total). I called Redx Armory, and Brenna took my credit card information and stated the pistol would be sent out the following week, this was Dec 20, 2020. The pistol was never sent, and a refund was never given, almost two years later. Over the last two years, I have called eight times and sent 11 emails and have not received a reply to the calls or the emails. I understand that the pandemic hit around that time, and I have considered that. For Brenna to solicit more money and then never return my calls or reply to my emails, I can only assume that it is with forethought that Redx Armory lied to me and stole my money. That is a harsh thing to say, but their lack of communication and their actions have led me to believe this. read more
