Others can write the book on any number of firearm aspects, especially when it comes to customer service. Bucky O'Neill Guns has excellent customer service. They have a small staff that can assist the firearm owner with non-major work on their firearms. They will mount scopes and get you "on paper." They also have an excellent selection of handguns, both pistols and revolvers. Whether new or used, I've never seen a kludgey firearm that passed its prime mechanical state decades ago. They have some really cool stuff. Great to look through while you're awaiting your turn at the register. What impresses me most is the knowledge of those who work there. Talking with Mark or Jim always results in learning more about firearms... they know their stuff. No "Bravo Sierra." Two downsides: they're a small shop. They can order most everything and get it quickly -- and if they can't, you'll know about it: no empty promises. The second downside: almost always, in more cases than not, I leave with less money than I had when I entered the store. Still trying to figure out why...

I was then informed that the firearm has been on recall since 2023. I now have to ship the gun back to Taurus and wait 3-6 weeks to get my weapon back. I also have to pay the shipping and wait to be reimbursed for that, too. I called Pawn Palace to inform them that they sold me a firearm on recall without informing the buyer. I was told by the owner that, "The gun was used." He then stated that "we sell guns on recall all the time." He then said it was an "optional recall. Just send it back to Taurus." How about Pawn Palace send it back for me? They sold me the defective gun. "Optional Recall"? On a handgun! It's not a weed eater. You REALLY don't want to be walking around with a defective GUN!! People could get hurt. It was easy to find that the gun has been on recall for two years. To sell me the gun without informing me that the gun was on recall is just shady business. The majority of the staff at Pawn Palace are wonderful people. The gentleman that I assume is the owner is not a very nice man. He looks like the father from "The People Under The Stairs". I don't mean that as an insult, it's just the best way I can describe him. I have purchased two firearms at Pawn Palace. I have always redeemed my Pawn tickets. The business has profited from my visits and I am always respectful. The owner seems to detest me. He acts like he's disgusted by me. I feel like their selection of pawn products far outweighs their firearms selection (as it should be since they are a pawn shop). I usually walk around and check their prices of pawn merchandise while waiting on them to finish my transfer paperwork and for the most part I feel like their prices are decent. But as with all used items; they are only worth what someone is willing to pay, so the prices are subjective and I don't have an opinion on them one way or another. The customer service is always great. The owner and employees are always attentive and when they are not super busy I am always greeted promptly upon entering. It's nice that they have situational awareness of who is in their store since they sell firearms and ammunition. I will continually use them for all of my FFL transfer needs, and in the event that they ever have anything on their shelf that I am interested in, I would not hesitate to purchase it.

I showed them an easy fix, but they would not do that. Instead, they issued a refund, but they don't refund postage, even when it's their fault. So, be advised that while their holsters (without snap hardware) are fine, their knife sheath for the Buck 110 will damage your knife and cost you money for sending it back.
