The mood was slightly prickly when we first walked in as everyone there seemed to be a regular...but, I was quickly able to start a conversation with another customer and that led to a conversation with Bill. Bill was fantastic once he knew I was a serious customer. He spent at least an hour with my wife and I, showing us various things and telling stories. US Postal regulations are very clear that one ffl and ship a handgun to another ffl via priority mail. I have had this done numerous times. J&G needs to educate their workforce on several levels.
