She tried to show me new machines that were expensive. I paid and left. Took my machine to a different place and they said this machine has not been serviced and they serviced it. It works perfectly fine. I will never return to this place and feel they were trying to pull one over on me.

Quilters Quarters did not give any consideration to me of the amount of money that I had paid, and the amount of times I had brought the machine in. Every time I called, the answer was the same. The charge is $150. I would definitely find another place if you're just starting to look.

A loose screw that holds the lever in place. He fixed it in 20 seconds. No charge since he feels he wants to help people. The most kind person. The other ladies Karen and Tammie are equally helpful, informative and courteous. This place has an eclectic and curated mix of everything you might want or need to decorate your home. April is extremely particular about what she accepts for consignment hence why everything she carries is in excellent condition despite being pre-loved. With an impeccable sense for design, April is also a wealth of information for local resources from window cleaning to furniture re-upholstery. I have found several treasures to finish my home decor and also have had the pleasure of consigning with her many of my own cherished pieces that I simply did not have room for after downsizing.
