A loose screw that holds the lever in place. He fixed it in 20 seconds. No charge since he feels he wants to help people. The most kind person. He provided top notch service for my Viking Epic. Even though his shop is in Prescott Valley, he made a special trip to Peoria to pick up and deliver my machine at an agreed upon location. He loves working with people and is very knowledgeable with many brands of machines. I have purchased a brother cut and scan, a large cutting table and mat, a new Babylock Accolade serger, and a new Babylock Radiance from him. He came to my house to set up my cutting table for me, because I was a caretaker for my mother at that time and couldn't get out to pick it up. He also ordered me parts for my Horn cabinet that I had purchased from another dealer. He goes above and beyond expectations to ensure his customers are happy. Donna is another gem at Central Sewing. When I do get out to Prescott Valley, I spend the entire day at Central Sewing getting individualized training any time I am needing assistance with my projects. Donna introduces me to all sorts of tips and tricks of the trade each time I visit. She has a huge wealth of knowledge ... just like Phil. I do not go anywhere else for service and assistance with my machines. If I need anything, I go to Central Sewing. They are reliable and honest.
