Incredible customer service! Bought the cutest top here last year, I love it so much I always stop…read morein when I'm in town to see if they have more colors in my size. Never got lucky, so I finally asked if they could take my number and possibly arrange shipping. To my pleasant surprise, I got a call a few weeks later letting me know they had a new color in stock! They even texted me a few days later to check in when I had completely forgotten to call them back with my size, which I really appreciate since I tend to get distracted and have trouble staying on track. They were all so patient with me and so kind. Easily completed the transaction over the phone, shipping cost next to nothing (I live in the valley) and my new top arrived just 2 days later with a sweet note and my receipt. Excellent experience, 10/10 would love to make this a regular thing so I can collect all the colors! Thank you to everyone who helped me!

BEST high-end clothing consignment fashion resale around!…read more Excellent selection of clothing including petite and plus sizes, shoes, accessories including belts and scarves, an amazing collections of purses including Coach and Gucci, and a beautiful array of jewelry. The store displays are continually updated with new and fresh ideas. They run discounts and sales continually (posted, but not in your face, you have to know where the standard signs are located to read the sales - it is part of the atmosphere they have created). The staff is warm, friendly and welcoming. Very helpful and honest - they will say, if you ask of course, when something you try on works for you or not; they want you to buy what you will wear with pride! The owner is new, but do not let that change your mind for she has been with the store since it opened almost 11 years ago. She has the same vision and heart as the previous owner. I love the way the fitting rooms are named; and that there is a bathroom for customers, beverages and snacks available while you shop, and the care in how they put your jewelry in a special bag when you purchase some so it does not get lost or tangled ... there are just so many thoughtful details that you just don't want to miss out on! Since this is a consignment resale shop, you have the option of placing your own items that you are rotating out of your closet for sale here and earning store credit or cash (there is a whole packet of information in this - it is a very generous program)! Your trip into Smart Girls will be a positive and uplifting experience where heart and body are well served and you leave with a smile on your face and an all over warm feeling! Remember, you are never fully dressed without a smile! Enjoy your trip into Smart Girls!
