I purchased an expensive vest here on my trip to Prescott. When I got back to my hotel and tried it on again I found it was really too big and the zipper didn't seem to function properly. I took it back and was told I could not return it. They would only do a store credit. I explained I was from out of town and a store credit wouldn't work as I wouldn't be back to Prescott. It was close to 5 when I tried to return it as I had worked all day. They close at 5 and I was leaving early the next morning. They were very rude and not helpful at all. I finally got the refund, but not without fighting for it. Buyer beware, when you are purchasing something here they are not going to tell you about return policy!!!! Two women were working here today and my mother came in with a lot of money to spend and NO ONE helped her. No one made eye contact with her. No one asked if they could help her at all. There were two other customers in the store who were getting everything they needed. It made my mother feel like Julia Roberts in pretty woman. I felt bad because I suggested that she go in there while I was getting my hair done. One of the employees was too busy folding clothes and putting thing away and my mom was in the store trying to get help. read more
