Instead of explaing to us how he could tell, he started yelling that they "were not real". What an absolute and complete asshole. His customer service needs some serious work. How in the world does he even stay in business when he treats his customers like shit.

David and Lynn were both wonderful. Great communication in setting up the appointment, and then once I was there, David was very dedicated, even taking the time to explain to me what a gemologist is typically looking at and for, when appraising jewelry. He pointed out to me the particular clasps used on the pearl necklaces I'd brought in, and then pointed out to me the various tonalities in the individual pearls, what makes some pearls more valuable than others etc. He was very patient and straightforward. I felt like I was in very good hands with David, and that I'd not get 'scammed' or told anything simply because I might want to hear it. In the end, David told me that there was nothing I had that was of any particularly outstanding value.
