Working with Art Fortune LLC and owner Elena Kohn was an absolute pleasure. Elena is truly a gem in…read morethe art world. She went far above and beyond expectations in helping my friend and me appraise five African art pieces from our collection. Her professionalism and passion shined through every step of the process. She is overflowing with knowledge, yet still took the time to research for hours to fully understand the significance of the artist and the collection. I was impressed not only by her expertise but also by her genuine dedication to accuracy and detail. What really stood out was her kindness and willingness to help beyond the appraisal itself--she even provided us with trusted resources to get our paintings properly insured. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare to find. I will absolutely continue to use her services in the future and highly recommend anyone looking for art information, guidance, or appraisals to contact Elena at Art Fortune LLC. She delivers exceptional work and makes the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

I recently purchased a 1/10 oz American Gold Eagle and a 1 oz American Silver Eagle here. I…read morereceived a detailed physical invoice at the time of purchase, and overall the transaction was completed without an issue. However, I was disappointed with the payment process and the lack of a digital receipt. I first tried paying with my debit card, but the transaction was declined multiple times. I also tried another card, and that failed as well. Throughout the process, the person at the counter kept telling me to pay in cash, so I ultimately completed the purchase with cash. My main concern is that I specifically asked for a digital copy of my invoice for my records, but I still have not received it. Since this was a precious-metals purchase involving a significant amount of money, I believe customers should be able to easily receive an electronic copy of their receipt or invoice when requested. I do have the original paper invoice and took a photo of it as a backup, but the lack of follow-up was frustrating. In a time when digital payments and electronic receipts are standard almost everywhere, being repeatedly asked to pay cash and then not receiving the requested digital receipt felt very outdated and inconvenient. For anyone planning to buy gold or silver here, I would recommend keeping your physical receipt, taking a photo of it immediately, confirming in advance what payment methods are actually accepted, asking whether they can provide a digital receipt, and comparing prices and policies with a few other coin shops before making your purchase. Overall, the purchase itself was completed, but the payment experience and lack of a digital receipt left me very disappointed.
