She was knowledgeable, efficient, handling multiple customers; all with a smile. She explained how cross referencing the colors could be done, was incredibly polite to a customer who was more interested in their commercial discount than their order or how busy it was. I couldn't find what I needed on the website; within a minute of answering her questions she had exactly the specialty paint in was looking for. Excellent service. I highly recommend this store as they have the quality paint, supplies and top notch staff.

Unfortunately, these guys are 0-3 and I'll never go back. They were unprofessional, unapologetic about their lack of knowledge, and completely entrenched in what is NOT possible (vice taking any kind of initiative to be customer-centric). Their communication skills were consistently underwhelming. After several delays, only half of my order arrived, and when I arrived to pick it up they proceeded to deny that the receipt I had was valid. I wouldn't work with these guys even if their products were free.

They've got veggies to plant, seed packets, seed by the pound for the birds, hard to find pet food,…read moregarden statues, picnic tables, tomato cages, plant stakes, animal post cards, wind chimes and spinners, garden stepping stones, fertilizers, pest control, soil, houseplants, chicken coops, potted trees, benches, bird baths, wheel barrels, pet beds, bird feeders .... and tons tons more. They even have ocean forest soil which is higher end and hard to find. But beware if you are using their soils indoors you might get infested with fungus gnats. Because they store their soils outside and on the floor its easy for the little buggers to get in. If you're using the soil outdoors I wouldn't worry so much because there are other bugs and spiders to feed on the gnats. But indoors it is a PAIN!!
