She was knowledgeable, efficient, handling multiple customers; all with a smile. She explained how cross referencing the colors could be done, was incredibly polite to a customer who was more interested in their commercial discount than their order or how busy it was. I couldn't find what I needed on the website; within a minute of answering her questions she had exactly the specialty paint in was looking for. Excellent service. I highly recommend this store as they have the quality paint, supplies and top notch staff.

Unfortunately, these guys are 0-3 and I'll never go back. They were unprofessional, unapologetic about their lack of knowledge, and completely entrenched in what is NOT possible (vice taking any kind of initiative to be customer-centric). Their communication skills were consistently underwhelming. After several delays, only half of my order arrived, and when I arrived to pick it up they proceeded to deny that the receipt I had was valid. I wouldn't work with these guys even if their products were free.

Well, Deborah not only helped me choose a beautiful frame but touched up the areas that were damaged by the glass. She specializes in art restoration as well! The 'snake lady' helped me with a particular issue and this is where I ran out to when I needed gas cans in a hurry before Super Storm Sandy. I did have a problem with a key that was badly cut but I gave 5* because they fixed it straight away with no questions and a smile.
