We needed a particular base for two of the colors we chose, and regrettably they were one can short. They quickly got on the phone with another location and had the can sent over so we could pick it up a few days later. The employee programmed it into my order so the sale price would be honored days later, and gave a call when it was ready for pickup. Excellent customer service and a friendly vibe. Will definitely be back if I need paint for additional projects (although after all of the painting I just did, no offense to SW, but I hope it won't be for a little while!).

I went in knowing EXACTLY what I wanted and needed, bought the most expensive paint they carry (Aura by Benjamin Moore) and AFTER cashing me out I am told a paint can opener is an additional cost. Why not ask that BEFORE you run my credit card??? On top of that they did not put the color on the lid, so I am sitting at my desk now nervous that it won't be the color listed. I will painting on Saturday and if I open it and it's wrong you better believe they will be taking it back!!! I will NEVER return to one of their stores again. He was patient with all my questions, for which he had detailed answers! Each time I've gone in, I've learned something and have been treated with kindness and respect. What's more, they carry a brand of window glazing you can't get anywhere else in Rhode Island. They can cut glass and fix your screens. I have found my new go-to for anything paint/stain related. We had 5 knives, so we dropped them off and within about 2 hours, we got a call saying our knives were ready for pick up. The one they could not do was my large Chinese meat cleaver, but otherwise all the other large knives were done right. Great job ! I was able to use my digital coupons and rewards towards this transaction.

It came wrapped in hard plastic that you need to cut with a knife or scissors to open. I believe the item was defective. I could get it to work to either turn the lights on or shut them off but not both. I went to the store, with my receipt, to return the item. At first, they stated they got it working and it was not defective. ( They actually got it to turn on an item which I also did). Then they said they could not accept the return because I did not have the original packaging and therefore they could not resell it. I asked how are they going to sell an item that is not working properly. They still refused to accept the return. I left the timer with them and walked out of the store. We will never return. Now I understand how Amazon is so successful.
