I tried to find a replacement Shark floor attachment but could not find one. I took the floor attachment to Wakefield Sewing and Vacuum and asked if they would be able to repair the hose. The woman with whom I spoke said no, I would need to buy a new attachment. I said I was unable to find one online, and asked if there was a hose part that could be used to replace the split hose, I asked if there was a universal rod and floor attachment, I asked many questions to try to resolve the broken part and each question I had was responded with No, No, No. There was not a single suggestion they could provide that would help me. When I went home, I went online and sure enough, there are hose replacement parts for that attachment. There are universal floor attachment rods and floor attachments. I guess they just didn't want my business.

Gary was so honest and knowledgeable about all the vacuums he sold. He even pointed out specific characteristics that I might find unfavorable. He spent a lot of time with me, and never seemed impatient. I took my time thinking about it and came back and he was still so patient and answered all my questions. You don't find sales people like this in big box stores, for sure, and I sure miss all the mom and pop stores that the big boxes put out of business.

We found a brand new Samsung gas stove and an older, but gently used, Whirpool fridge. We love the stove and got a great deal on the fridge. It was delivered first week of November. We were happy. ...Until 2 months later when the freezer stopped working. We called Danudy, the owner/manager, and he came out and told us we had some ice which needed to be melted in the freezer. He charged $40 and was on his way. 3 weeks later, the fridge was now no longer cooling. I called Danudy a couple times and he told me that he was on a job and he would call me back. I never got a call. I proceeded to call and text him over 8 times and had my girlfriend call another 4 times and leave voice messages. No response. After having my parents try, he finally said he'd come on March 29th, and never showed. I called him that evening and was able to agree to have him come on Apr 4th at 10am. He came and looked at the fridge for 30 minutes. He said it was the computer for the thermostat (we knew this because we had someone else come look at it). He said he might have a replacement for it at his shop or that he would order it. He said either way he'd contact in in an hour. It's been 3 months since the fridge has worked and 4 days since he told me he would call and we are done. We ordered a new piece from a different person and will be taking him to small claims court to pay for what we spend on this repair. Classic case of a perfect deal not being perfect at all.

Called IZS and spoke with Leah who advised that they had three in stock. Tax free weekend was coming up so she volunteered to give us a quote and then process the invoice that Saturday. Picking up at the warehouse was a breeze. Looks like a new, well run facility. Unpacked the freezer and found two dents. The box and the styrofoam were all in tact, so the dents appear to have happened before packaging. Worked with Jesikah, who is responsive and helpful, regarding the dents. She gave us a couple of choices and really valued what works best for us. So happy with how everything turned out. Thanks to IZS we got what we wanted quickly, at a great price, AND everyone at IZS is professional and appear to love their job. Even though we are an hour away, we will definitely be back!
