We needed some electrical items and a plunger and did not want to drive too far to the large box office store. We had errands to run in town and were driving right by, so we stopped in. Was able to quickly find what we needed without walking a mile in the store! The signage and groupings in the store made it very easy to find our items. It was the second store I tried to buy this product. When I checked other stores, it was out of stock everywhere. I figured I might have to wait until after the holidays to get it. Then today I got a phone call from them letting me know that they found what I was looking for and I could have it if I still wanted it, and that they would send it out today. I was very happy as it was going be a hassle for me to try to find this elsewhere, or having to wait until January. We have a family coastal cottage which needed to be revamped and brought into the 21st century. Amy was so kind and thoughtful about trying to keep the sentimentality of our family home along with trying to please two other families besides myself.
