My husband said his frittata was delicious and since he spoke very little, that confirmed it was! The side salad was lightly dressed which brought a brute mess to the plate. Not a big fan of the coffee. It was a little more butte than I normally like. But that's just my personal taste.

We arrived around 11am on a long weekend and they had plenty of tables available, but by the time we were leaving, all the tables were full. You need to order your food first and get seated after. They bring your order to you, but if you need a coffee refill, or milk and cream, you need to pick them up yourself at the station. Coffee refill was a challenge for us, since we had to go through all other tables and wait for the staff to refill our coffee, and even there were times they were out of milk and had to drink our coffee black. We ordered "Key West Eggs", "Crepe au Fraises", "Slow Roasted Lamb" and "Canadian Peameal Back Bacon". Our food was delicious and we would love to go back and try more of their menu items. Just expecting delays for our coffee this time. Lol

I was in the area of Markham station so I decided to drop by yesterday…read more I was hesitant because of my last visit and the not so great service (look at previous review) But I must say, they have redeemed themselves. The male server serving us was a true professional. He came and asked us numerous times if everything was ok which it was. He was always hovering around in case we needed anything which we didn't and most importantly ;) coffee was always refilled This is the optimal service you expect when dining out On to the food We tried the chicken souvlaki for the first time and it was delicious. The chopped steak was also amazing. I will not be hesitant to drop in next time and am going to put Markham Station back in my regular rotation of places to dine out.

Service is great, warm, friendly, and attentive. My friend (i.e. the expert) ordered the food based on their favorites. Ordered chicken sag, baklava, kachapuri, and bread with eggpplant dipping sauce, dolma. My favorite is the eggplant dipping sauce. lol Chicken sag is good, but not the type of taste that suits my tastebud. I'd love to comeback to try other food (and this time I want to be the one doing the ordering instead). lol Cheers!

Good for a Mississauga Italian restaurant…read more Capra's is clearly dedicated towards making Italian food the right way. In the back there is a dedicated pasta making station while the front has pizza and charcuterie stations as well. Service was nice and friendly. Exactly what it should be for a casual dining restaurant. Food was good but not spectacular. Risotto special featuring shrimp and mushrooms had a nice flavour but the risotto was undercooked and too hard. Malfadie Alla norcina was excellent and heavy. Creamy truffle taste coupled with sausage was the best dish of the day. Spicy pepperoni pizza was the best of the two pizzas. Clearly fresh and good flavour. Pizza dough was nice and thin. Pizza Bianca was a miss for us. The soft texture of the potato on top of the pizza was very strange to us and made the entire pizza feel weird. Overall, a repeatable solid Mississauga Italian place. I'd come back.

They are open late. The servers were very pleasant and checked on us often. We had a couple of non alcoholic drinks, then the Charity bread followed by their Chicken Parmesan. My friend substituted the regular noodle (like a lasagna noodle) with gnocchi for an up charge. The charity bread was actually cold which was a surprise. I thought it would be warm with fresh mozzarella on it. It was ok but less so than if the bread had been warm. I was really looking forward to the chicken Parmesan, as it had been described as noodles tossed with Alfredo sauce, on a bed of red sauce. But mine were incredibly dry - felt like they had hardly tossed it with any kind of sauce, and I'm not sure that there was any red sauce, even on the bottom of the plate -- that was very disappointing. The chicken itself was OK nothing to write home about. It was an OK place but no more than OK and I wouldn't go back there in a hurry. I have been to other Scaddabush restos before at other locations and my experience there was better. I will say that the thing that I like the most about it was the service. The servers were all really good. But the food was meh - just so so. I would've probably given a 2.5 if I could give a half point. it's part of a complex where there's a lot of different restaurants.
