French toast with sausage and Berries $29 with tax
    Vivian L.

A 24 hours restaurant in the neighbourhood, it is not a budget diner, but seems to be high end. The interior is nice, the service is ok. So far we just tried their breakfast, French toast with sausage and berries( berries are not very fresh) so deducted one point. Will go back to try their dinner and update the review.

My deep fried wings when I asked for more flats.... And it's all drum sticks
    Hihigh F.

I've heard of curious george, but not ridiculous george! You'll find him here at Markham Station Richmond Hill... I ordered wings and had asked for more flats rather than drumsticks. He told me that it's premixed, so he won't be able to accommodate which I understand. When my wings arrived, they were ALL drumsticks, I was shocked! But, even more shocked when he said "yeah, the kitchen told me that they ran out of flats completely". So why didn't you check in with me and why did you think it was ok to serve it like that and leave? I of course returned the order and decided that I wanted to go elsewhere to grab dinner and to my surprise again, he said he would have to charge me $3 and said that I can't just expect to come in to sit and drink water for free. You have to be kidding me!

Came back bc of our amazing time a few months ago. Left a great review. Except, this time I brought a different group of friends. With little kids. This review is not food related at all, it's about the other 60%. Customer service. Legit wait of 1 hour to be seated. 1. Hour. Gave the option to split our party, saw dozens of other ppl get seated before us. We were 12 people. Approached the front staff and tried to be as patient as possible. Young women, seemingly trying their best. But little logic, solution based approach or even any real service. 12, can be split 6+6, 8+4.....whatever. Went from brunch to lunch. Now, we wait for food. I sure hope this visit gets better.... (1 star given) Okok, I've cooled off. Now, fed and the server was really good. My coffee got a refill, and I even got a timely iced water. I changed my mind in giving a trash rating, and have upped my initial 'raging 1 star' to a compromise of 3. I will come again. But...with some hesitation.

This is a new open restaurant . My friend said it was open about couple months ago. Inside feel like "new". The sign said "24hours", and my friend had tried their all day breakfast, that's a big portion. Since we know they are providing big portion, we didn't order too much. We ordered Nachos, Steak +Ceasar Salads, Calamaris+Salads+ Rice. We got our orders, they looked huge and delicious. Tastes good too. The server is nice as well. Regular level.

    SUPER all day breakfast

WE CHOSE A GOOD BREAKFAST PLACE! It located at the Longo's plaza on Yonge/ Bernard, where the old Rexall used to be. It was a spacious place with TV at all angles. For the 3 of us, we ordered the Super Breakfast- 3 pancakes, 3 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, 3 sausages, and home fries, as well as the Station Benny- egg benedict with peameal bacon served with home fries. The home fries' taste reminded us of hashbrown at that well-known fast food place (Mac something) - fried to crispy, not oily. One thing on the pancake (nothing bad), IT'S A MASSIVE PILLOW! It was soft and fluffy, and bigger than most breakfast joints I have been to. The egg benedict was cooked medium with the yolk still very runny. They were generous on the hollandaise sauce to ensure the whole muffin was covered. Everything was great and it wasn't greasy or salty at all. One thing that docked a star from the review... THE FOOD ARRIVED SLOWER THAN EXPECTED.

Not the best Just got home with my take out... this is what you get for 15$ no toppings, just plain burger. Never seen that before.

Not the best. This is what you get when you order a burger combo.. plane burger, bland fries

Amazing food, great service, and good ambiance. The caesar salad was fresh, the fried calamari were delicious, the garlic bread with Cheese were crunchy, with no dryness, and the boneless honey garlic chicken wings were good.

First time coming here. Overall better than Eggsmart, but there's the price difference too.

    Pork chop and eggs

This was in December 2021 a few days before Christmas, when delta was going around. We were in the area and it was very late, so not many choices. We ordered take out, and as we were waiting for food, we was the kitchen staff had NO MASK on, and someone who either just came in to work or something walked into the back also with no mask on. There was one poor girl working in the kitchen wearing 2 masks. I wish I had reported them. I will not go back based on that alone, but also the food was really awful. The only thing good were the potatoes. 1. Pork chop and eggs - pork chop was extremely over cooked and super dry. Eggs were ok - if you screw that up something is seriously wrong. Potatoes were good. 2. Potato skins - they feel like either they have been frozen forever or rebaked 3x. Super super dry and shriveled up. Nothing like their picture on the website. I had remembered good things from the old location on Markham road, this was nothing like that.

    Super Breakfast!

I had some time to check out Markham Station's newest location at Yonge and Elgin Mills in Richmond Hill. I've been to the original location (Markham & Sheppard) hundreds of times. I was really hungry so I went with the Super Breakfast! Super Breakfast contains : 3 pancakes, 3 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, 3 sausages and home fries. The food arrived very quick and was hot and fresh. The pancakes were absolutely massive and thick. The bacon was thick cut and had a nice crisp to it. The sausages were tender inside with a nice snap to the casing. I ordered my eggs over medium and they were cooked spot on. The home fries were also delicious. They were crispy on the outside and very fluffy on the inside. Everything was great and it wasn't greasy or salty at all. It was an excellent meal! If you not super hungry they have an amazing special from 6-11am. It's 3 eggs, toast, choice of bacon, ham or sausage plus home fries for only $6.99! I will definitely be back!

A pile of slimy over oiled onion and a bit of over cooked tiny steak.

I called the day before right when they opened to make a reservation since the online system showed no availability. The staff member who took my call was incredibly friendly and thorough. In addition to the usual questions about party size, time, name, and phone number, they also asked how many children would be joining us, whether anyone had allergies, if we were celebrating a special occasion, and informed me in advance about the automatic gratuity for larger parties as well as the two-hour seating limit. I really appreciated how comprehensive they were. Fast forward to dinner... Parking in the plaza was absolute chaos. It took us quite a while to find spots, though that's not entirely surprising given how many popular restaurants are in the plaza. I'm sure the FIFA match that evening didn't help either. We were seated at what I'd describe as a "cozy" table. It wasn't cramped, but it definitely felt snug for our group. Thankfully, it ended up working out because we were sharing most dishes and the staff were fantastic about promptly clearing empty plates as we finished sharing dishes. We started with the Caesar salad, the Prosciutto & Mozzarella, and a Three Meat Pizza. The Caesar salad was well dressed with great flavour, while the mozzarella was, as always, a crowd favourite. I was pleasantly surprised by the focaccia, which was much crispier than I was expecting (I've never had it toasted like that before), with a wonderfully buttery flavour. The pizza was also excellent, not overly salty, with a chewy crust and a perfectly crisp exterior. For my main, I ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese, which was delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, the sauce was well balanced, and nothing was overly salty. I also ordered the Rosemary Garlic Fries, which were tasty, although I do wish they had served a bit more aioli since that's what really elevates the dish. I also stole a few bites of other entrées around the table. The Vodka Pasta wasn't what I'd consider a traditional vodka sauce, as it leaned much more toward a creamy Alfredo, but it had a nice kick of spice. The standout for me, however, was the Shrimp Lemon Pasta. It was absolutely delicious, and I'd easily order that as my main on my next visit. Since we were celebrating my aunt's birthday, the staff surprised her with a chocolate cake topped with colourful sprinkles and a sparkler. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to end the meal. Now for the memorable mishaps. The most alarming occurred when an employee accidentally knocked over one of the decorative jars filled with beans. It shattered as soon as it hit the floor, sending glass and beans underneath our table. We stayed still because we knew shards had scattered around our feet, and I was wearing shorts, so I could actually feel some of the debris around my legs. My biggest concern came when my mom mentioned she felt something brush against her neck, but thankfully she wasn't injured. The employee was incredibly apologetic and immediately stayed behind to thoroughly clean everything up. We all stepped away from the table to make sure every piece of glass could be safely swept up before sitting back down. The second near mishap happened when our server returned carrying full glass bottles of water. One slipped from her hand and hit the table, but thankfully she managed to keep hold of it before it shattered or knocked anything over. Despite those unexpected moments, our server was wonderful throughout the evening. She was attentive, friendly, and especially diligent about ensuring the allergy at our table was handled appropriately. Accidents happen, and while these certainly made for a memorable dinner, I appreciated how professionally the staff handled each situation and how well they continued to take care of us afterward.

The tables were already set up nicely for our group, which made the whole dinner feel warm and homey right from the start. We started with a portioned antipasto plate with prosciutto, cheese, and some grilled veggies. Simple, fresh, and a nice way to ease into the meal. The pasta course came out next, and it was half penne with tomato sauce and half of a half-moon stuffed pasta filled with spinach and ricotta. My boyfriend and I both found the pasta a little bland for our liking... just needed a tiny pinch of salt to bring everything together. Then came the meat course: chicken with mushroom sauce and veggies. It was alright, but I'm not the biggest fan of chicken so I ended up packing mine home. Dessert was probably the most unique part of the night, Neapolitan ice cream wrapped in a cookie-like shell. By the time it came we were so full, so my boyfriend and I shared one. Overall, it was a nice family dinner. The food definitely has that homemade, cooked-with-love feel. The only thing was the pacing... service was quite slow. Even my boyfriend (who's Italian and very used to long meals) said this level of slow wasn't normal. If you're coming with a group, just be prepared for a longer, slower dinner.

We made a semi-last-minute reservation the day before Father's Day weekend for a party of seven at 6:00 PM on a Saturday. Surprisingly, it wasn't very busy during our visit, aside from one larger group and a few couples, the dining room remained fairly quiet. The restaurant itself is quite spacious, though only about half of the venue is dedicated to dining. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between casual and upscale. It's not fine dining, but it's polished enough for a date night or celebration while still being comfortable for casual attire. Service was provided primarily by two servers throughout our meal. They were friendly, attentive, and consistently kept our water glasses topped up without being intrusive. The food was enjoyable, though not the best I've had at this price point. That said, it's a solid option for the area. The grilled calamari appetizer was cooked well, being tender rather than chewy, and nicely seasoned without being overly salty. The kale salad was a pleasant surprise, featuring a fresh, homemade-tasting dressing that complemented the kale perfectly without any bitterness. The garlic bread was absolutely loaded with garlic, which I loved, though it was softer than expected and could have benefited from a bit more toasting. For my main, I ordered the mushroom truffle pasta. The pasta was cooked al dente, and the generous amount of mushrooms was a highlight. Around the table, the spicy chicken rosé pasta was well received, though the spice level was quite mild. I recommend asking for their chili oil for an added kick. The aged striploin was cooked medium as requested, tender throughout, with nicely crisped edges. The accompanying truffle fries and truffle aioli were delicious. The clam linguine had good flavour but could have used a bit more sauce. The branzino was the surprise of the evening, as it arrived as a whole fish, which wasn't what we expected in this type of setting. While flavorful, it required navigating quite a few bones (wouldn't really recommend it for this reason, not the classiest dish to eat). Dessert was a mixed experience. The banana pudding was unfortunately a miss, with an unusual stretchy texture and an overly sweet flavour profile. In contrast, the house-made pistachio tiramisu was outstanding and easily the standout dessert of the meal. It's a must-order. The restaurant was clean and thoughtfully decorated, and the washrooms were well maintained. I especially appreciated the complimentary mouthwash, a small but memorable touch that added to the overall experience. Note: They change their menu from time to time!
