They also don't use courier services, you can only order direct from Abruzzo. The pizzas are hot, fresh and massive with lots of toppings, good crust, and the right amount of cheese to sauce ratio. My husband loves their giant panzerotto. It's enough to share, but he likes crushing the entire thing. Highly recommend getting extra sauce for dipping. We also love their wings, and the pastas are a hit, too. Major points for massive portion sizes and downright delicious food.

Taste of Naples Pizzeria is hugely popular for locals here with many Italians in the area. The 16" pizza yielded 8 large tasty slices with a soft light pizza crust, fresh tomato sauce & good topping ingredients. Crisp thin crust bottom gave a nice finish. This is a real Neopolitan pizza that's a touch better than I've had elsewhere. You do pay a bit more for the quality compared to another local fav next door. Be sure to order takeout early as we encountered a queue but our pizza was ready in a timely manner. Just wait for your number to be displayed outside before heading in to pickup. As they say on the restaurant wall, you owe it to yourself to try. Let me know what you think!

Tip: During busy hours/seasons, order a whole pizza ahead of time to skip the line unless you want to try different slices at once.

Located in a densely populated neighbourhood in downtown Toronto the menu is pizza, a couple of salad options and drinks. This is take out only. There is a small area outside for patio seating but that's it. Pizza options are posted on a board inside. Preorders are limited to whole pies only. Slices are served old school (flimsy white paper plates in paper bag). Napkins are brown and coarse. You can add extra chili flakes to your pizza if you want. What was ordered: 1 slice of vodka 1 slice of mushroom bianco Verdict? This is GOOD pizza. The first thing you notice is the crust (thin) with the first bite...the crunch and combined with the topping makes the experience really good. We would definitely consider stopping by again if in the area and the lineup is not bad. There is now a second location near Bathurst and Bloor.

There were some seating outside but it was only the one table for two people. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The only downfall was that they ran out of meat sauce so the lasagna was out of the question but they made up for it in the pizza flavours. The menu is pretty straightforward; they offer multiple types of pizza ranging from classic meat lovers to unique ones like smoked salmon or tandoori chicken. I ended up ordering the four cheese because I was in a cheesy mood. The pizza was amazing. The crust had a nice puff up but was not so crunch that it would cut the roof of your mouth. The sauce-to-dough ratio was perfect, and neither ingredient overpowered the other. The cheeses they used (Ricotta, Feta, Bocconcini and cream cheese) didn't clash with each other, and it just seemed to be a slice of cheesy goodness with every bite. The pizza was not greasy, so no mountain of napkins was needed. A must-try if your into pizza and like my nannu says in Sicilian "Veni e pigghiati 'u divertimentu" (Come and enjoy it already).

We had (take out) #Pizza Margharita I appoint this as the best Margharita in Durham region. No complain. The crust, tomato sauce, cheese and big generous aromatic basil leaves - simple beauty. #Pearfect Bite This is added to another favorite of mine at 468F Wood Fired Pizza! Sweet and savory combination - Sweet pear slices meet saltiness from pancetta and 2 cheese Fior di latte, flurry ricotta. Walnut pieces added extra texture, and acidity & sweetness from glazed balsamic completes the taste of the whole. Highly recommended! #Di Parma This is good, tad salty side, but I appreciated the bitterness of arugula, nuttiness from parmigiano, and again the reduced glazed balsamic' rounding up of the whole flavors. I cannot wait coming back here again to try new pizza items (but I cannot miss Margharita - that is my must item)!

This includes the pepperoni, cheese, Frank's best, and spicy vodka pepperoni. Service here is super friendly, the spot is clean with staff constantly wiping tables and the floors during the winter time. I got a whole dr. pepperoni slice with extra cheese and it came piping hot, cooked perfectly and so delicious. Also got slices of their spicy vodka which is my favourite and a full 5/5 for me. Frank's best is a great change in flavour with goat cheese, mozz, caramelized onions, rosemary, organic honey and a sesame crust. Don't forget to also get their spicy creamy garlic dip and mix it well! Overall, I love this spot and think their pizzas are so good! Their crusts are delicious as well, especially the sesame crust.

Pizzas come in 12 (4 slices) and 16 inch (8 slices). There is also a square pizza called a Tavern Cut. Pizza is on the more expensive side. We order a 12 and 16 inch with 1 dipping sauce and the bill was over 70 bucks with tax. We got takeout so no eating in. Pizza was ordered online and picked up. What was ordered: 16 inch Fred's Best - white pizza with béchamel sauce, goat cheese, caramelized onions with a sesame coated crust attached with honey 12 inch Dr.Pepperoni - fresh tomato sauce with generous topping of pepperoni 1 spicy creamy garlic dip The verdict? The crust was decent and pizzas are thin. We did find both pizzas a little too greasy for our preference. The flavour of Fred's Best was a combination of sweet from the honey and caramelized onions and salty from the cheese. Dr. Pepperoni was better with spicy kick from the chunks of tomatoes and pepperoni. Salty is the other descriptor I would use. Would we order again? Maybe. At these prices I would consider this special occasion pizza!
