Sad but not really at this point you've now lost three stores and it will just keep on going so long as you continue on this downward spiral. Mr Louie at this point your entire company will need to do a complete about face if they want to survive without anymore losses. Sad but not really to be totally honest with you. You used to be a great company and now you treat people like garbage and are anything but inclusive. And it's not just this store this goes company wide. I've had multiple nasty encounters with staff, the lpo's and security profiling me. Now I've gotten to the point I dump my stuff and leave because what's the point of complaining? You don't care I filed a complaint card two months ago and you never even bothered to answer it wasn't this store but another one. Oh and don't bother answering because we know you don't really care. All you care about is money! And I'm thinking you probably earn roughly 20 million dollars a year. Imagine if they did that to you or one of your family members I bet heads would roll.

My experience at The Source has been relatively positive with most of my purchases. I usually…read moreorder online and have them ship to this location because I know I can find parking and don't need to walk miles into the mall to get to the store. Customer service is great and helpful. My only negative feedback was the time the store clerk called me and said my PS4 controller has arrived and I can pick it up. I went there in the afternoon and guess what? It's not there! I drove all the way there for nothing. It's either they sold my controller to another person or she made a mistake. I asked her when will I get the PS4 controller and she said maybe in the next couple days. I went home and waited for a week...still no phone call. Therefore, I went to Best Buy to buy a PS4 controller. Over at Best Buy they have at least 50 PS4 controllers on the shelf. I then went to The Source on East Broadway to request a refund since I paid online. The clerk didn't know what to do so he asked the manager, Mike. Mike told me to call The Source E-Commerce for refund. Therefore, I went back home and was on hold for 15-20 minutes before talking to someone. I told the person at The Source E-Commerce about my situation and she checks on the computer and puts me on hold. She said she has spoken to Mike at the East Broadway location and I'm supposed to get my refund at the store. What?!?! I'm being bum steer around so I went back down to the store and said I'm here for a refund because I paid and did not get my PS4 controller yet. It has been over a week and no stock while the store few blocks down have a ton of stock. This time I said I'm not going home until a refund is issue. Got my refund but the manager wasn't there. The staff and manager should have more training in all aspects of the business including online purchases refund. Overall the staff is OK and friendly therefore I give 3 stars instead of 2 for the one off incident. Hopefully this is the only issue I have with this store.
