The upper floor has cameras, photo finishing and electronics. Downstairs has the pharmacy, cosmetics and general merchandise. I have never really had any help at this store, and the staff I have encountered were never friendly. I had a return one day and the people at the customer service desk were not pleasant to deal with at all ( even though I did have my recipt ) I would have to assume this may be due to the location and some of the clientele they deal with. However I do like London Drugs as I used to work in cosmetics ( in some of their other locations ) so I know to watch for sale items and especially clearance ( Buy it Now signs normally will indicate this ) It's not my go to LD but if I am in the area, chances are i will stop in and find something to buy.
