    Octopus and Scallops
    Elizabeth C.

I'll start by saying that the scallops and octopus were cooked perfectly. However, there was an odd smoky flavor that I did not appreciate so much. Took away from the seafood proteins; I feel saffron or some other herby element would have been a better choice but none the less, it was a good dish. The carajillo was great, I couldn't really taste the "mole" part to it but it had a nice kick to it.

We came here for a special celebratory dinner while staying in the jackson hole village. We made a reservation a few days in advanced and when we arrived the hostess said she would see if she could get us in (a bit weird as there were maybe 5 tables seated AND we had a reservation). A few moments later they sat us at a nice table near the window and our server greeted us. We ordered some appetizers-- shrimp cocktail & oysters. Oysters = great, shrimp = meh. For dinner we ordered steak and it was a bit more done than a pink medium we ordered. The whole experience felt a little disjoined.

A perfect stop heading on or off the slopes any time of day -- with a particularly spectacular dinner experience, especially staying in-house at the Four Seasons, not only convenient but exceptionally delicious, and a terrific view of all the ski action steps away during the daylight hours. The dinner menu's offerings are hearty, fitting for a long day on the slopes and snow. Steaks were a particular highlight on the menu, bar none -- so many cuts (including options for Elk and Buffalo) curated from the best of regional producers. Bring a friend for large format steaks. Ended up being a perfect transition from oysters, wedge salad, to an awesome Elk steak complete with tomahawk bone... and Mac'n'Cheese with lobster for good measure. Wines produced by Jackson Hole Winery with Sonoma / Russian River Valley grapes were terrific. Just an amazingly satisfying dinner before heading upstairs refueled for the next day's adventure. Everyone was very friendly, down to earth, and knowledgable, from the maître d' to the wait staff. Very much appreciated the extra accommodation on short notice for a quick dinner -- but definitely plan ahead for a full experience. Excellent...

TLDR: Great steakhouse at the Four Seasons with convenient valet parking, warm & cozy environment, and INCREDIBLE sides. Honestly the sides and cowboy cookie stole the show for the night, even from the meats. FOOD: - [HIGHLY RECOMMEND] Truffle Mac & Cheese (5/5) - More like a gemelli pasta, so creamy with just enough cheese baked on top that there was a satisfying cheese pull for the top pieces. Comes out piping hot in a skillet, honestly could have been my main because it was nice and filling, I couldn't even finish it. - [HIGHLY RECOMMEND] Cauliflower Side (5/5) - Has the most amazing sauce I've ever had with a vegetable. Beware it's oily but it's worth it. - [HIGHLY RECOMMEND] Brussels Sprouts Side (5/5) - Heavenly. Has these bread crumb-like things on top that I couldn't get enough of. I always order Brussels Sprouts at restaurants and this was one of the BEST I've ever had. - Cowboy Cookie (5/5) - Chocolately skillet cookie with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Not too sweet but still sweet enough to satisfy any sweet tooth. LOVED IT. - Fettuccine (5/5) - Wonderful - Mushroom Side (4/5) - Great for mushroom lovers - Caesar Salad (4/5) - Had a really good dressing and liked how both the parmesan and croutons were crumbled on top, but wish it were chopped instead of halved romaine hearts - Lamb Shank (4/5) - Very good, fall off the bone braised lamb with a delicious sauce. Usually comes with mashed potatoes but I was able to get the potatoes switched out for veggies. - Foie Gras PB&J (4/5) - Beautiful presentation and very fresh way of serving foie gras - Shrimp Cocktail (3/5) - only 4 shrimp - Idaho Trout (3/5) - small portion and not impressive AMBIANCE & ENVIRONMENT: - Inside a beautiful hotel with convenient valet parking out front - The restaurant has a very cabin-like, warm cozy feel and felt very inviting. Nice big space with plenty of room between tables for privacy SERVICE: - Attentive service, and I thought there was a great amount of time between appetizers and mains - GM came over to our table at the end of dinner to check in on us which was a nice touch

Great spot for a post Teton dinner. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 entres to share. Mushroom spaghetti -- highly recommend, love the sauce, slightly too salty Beef tartare -- personally not my favorite, but the others liked it. Definitely one of the better beef tartares I've had Trout -- yes! Unique flavor and very yummy. The quinoa underneath was wayyyyy to salty, but that's not the point of the dish I guess Wagyu -- perfectly done steak, great flavor. Recommend the chimichurri sauce. The huckleberry sauce was not amazing. Corn soup -- the best! Highly recommend the soup

Today is my wife's birthday and we wanted to go somewhere special. We chose to come to Westbank grill. They were first class all the way. We had reservations and I highly recommend that you do the same. We ordered the shrimp and crab appetizer followed by the wagyu iron steak and the dry aged angus ribeye. But steaks were great but the dry aged ribeye was a lot better. The wines were great. We had a glass of Chardonnay with the appetizer, a glass of Pinot noir with the steak, and a port with desert. For desert we went with the cookie a la mode and they added a candle for my wife. Thanks for making this a great evening!

We had dinner here to celebrate a birthday! The ambiance is nice and warm and romantic. I grabbed a spicy cucumber margarita to quench my thirst, and it was the perfect choice. Spicy but refreshing. The octopus to start was extremely flavorful and delicious! The tenderloin was a great steak choice and I recommend the bearnaise sauce to go with it. One of us had the elk and raves about it! The crab legs were amazing as well! I recommend one person grab a steak and someone else get crab legs, and share! Surf n turf style! Yumm. Our waiter spilled the beans at the beginning of dinner, that we were having a surprise birthday celebration. But we forgot about it and enjoyed our dinner. They brought out a desert menu to pick for our birthday girl. And she chose the S'mores, which I would say was the perfect choice. We really enjoyed our evening, and our delicious food! A great experience indeed.

Came here a few weeks ago after my fiancé and I got engaged. Staff was super accommodating and the food was fantastic! They even gave us a nice center piece, champagne and a desert on the house. I highly recommend.

To be expected for a Four Seasons restaurant. This spot is slightly more casual than a traditional Four Seasons. Servers were very kind and helpful with the menu and wine suggestions. Our table got the truffle fries and truffle Mac n cheese to share to start and they were the highlight of the meal for me. Entrees came out timely and everyone enjoyed their dinner. I would suggest if you choose the tenderloin to get one of their add ons. As a whole this is nice spot with a cozy ambiance. I would have only given four stars but the went out of their way to give our friend a cowboy cookie for her birthday which we really appreciated and was a great end to our girls trip.

We sat down and were asked if we wanted the shades pulled down but we said we liked the light and enjoyed having them open. Shortly after that a group sat at the table next to us and the waitress closed the blinds completely without saying anything to us. If the light was in someone's eyes I totally support lowering them a bit but it was 4pm and if you're going to ask every table if they want them open or closed and you end up with two next to each other having opposing opinions then just ask if the other table minds ifs lowered partially or let them know what you're doing. Frustrating because we chose to eat here specifically for a view of the mountain. Secondly we asked our waitress for ranch and when she brought out our waters out she brought ketchup and said she'd be right back with the ranch. Our food then came and we asked the guy who brought it to bring some ranch but that never came. I wouldn't care much about it if the burger wasn't completely flavorless (which I'll touch on in a moment). Then we finally were able to get some ranch when the host walked by and he was great and brought it to us right away but having to ask 3 times for some ranch was frustrating. If this was all and the food was great, I'd let all this go BUT the burger (which we added bacon to) was completely flavorless. For a burger to have meat cheese and bacon and still taste like nothing is impressive. When the ranch finally came...it was awful. I've genuinely never met a ranch I didn't like until this one. It tasted like chemicals. Everyone at the table tried it and agreed. I didn't try the wings that others at table had so I can't comment on them myself but there weren't any good reviews from that side of the table either. I think this may just be a spot to grab a drink because it's tough to mess up a burger wings and ranch but this place managed to.
