No Servers wearing masks. No distancing or capacity limits. Food was just so so, good selection of beer.

After about five minutes, a server finally came over and asked for our drink order. My wife asked about three beers, but they were out of two of them. She then asked for just a small taste of two different draft beers. I asked for a taste of an IPA. We also ordered a cheese curd appetizer. Someone brought out a bowl of cheese curds, approximately one small handful, placed them on the table and walked away. We received no napkins, utensils nor small plates. Most of the cheese curds were smaller than the size of a nickel. The few larger ones were not hot inside and none had any of the flavor and texture of typical cheese curds. We finished the lousy appetizer and finally, ten minutes later our server placed three pints of beer on our table. We explained that we had asked for a taste and the server was stumped and didn't know what to say. My wife asked if the server thought that she was going to drink both a pint of cider AND golden ale, but again, the server was speechless. Rather than discover the quality of their $17 bacon cheeseburger and $16 chicken gruyere, we asked for the check and are headed to another local restaurant. read more

The atmosphere is amazing. The concrete and iron work is only surpassed by the food. The Chicken Gruyere was delicious. They give you way too many fries to eat but they are delicious. Great food, great service... except...there is one manager/bartender who has displayed poor guest focus both times I have been here. Once I ordered the special old fashioned on the menu. He made me a regular old fashioned with rye... I asked about it and he said:" we don't even have the machine to make the one on the menu." That sort of seems like the kind of thing one might mention up front when someone orders it. A coup,e weeks later I was having a late lunch with my wife. We were the only people in the section. We were watching a football game on the tv next to our table. He came over and changed the channel without even asking if we were watching. He changed it to a blank screen for the next game which was starting in 10 minutes or so. Another oddity; both visits started with a great servers. Stopped here on our way through town driving between the National Parks and our final destination in Salt Lake. We were the first customers of the day, ordering lunch and a beer for myself. The place is very big inside with pool tables and a long bar. There is outdoor seating on a covered patio as well. My husband and I sat at the bar and were promptly greeted and brought menus. I chose the steak sandwich (with Au Jus) and a side of tomato basil soup instead of fries. Both were excellent,filling and reasonably priced. My hubby ordered the ALT with bacon (avocado, lettuce tomato) with the fries. The fries were crispy and tasty and the sandwich was great. They have 31 beers on tap from all over the place. I got some cheese covered fries and some guac and chips and both were fantastic.
