We were seated in a booth near the window: the booth was comfortable but may be a tight squeeze if two larger adults are sitting on the same side (I'd recommend asking for a table in that case). I started off with an American Trilogy cocktail and loved it; it was surprisingly smooth and easy to drink while being flavorful. We debated appetizer options but went with the sourdough bread and butters. The butters were rosemary, garlic, and sorghum, and while all were great, the sorghum was a favorite. The bread was flavorful and nicely chewy. I'm always happy to see a vegetarian-friendly soup on a menu, so I ordered the beans and greens soup and loved it. It has a very deep flavor, yet the beans weren't overly mushy. The server (who was amazing) recommended some Tabasco for adding heat, which I enjoyed. For entrées, my dining partner got the fried chicken on the server's recommendation, and I got the mushroom pasta. The fried chicken was described by my relative as a crunchy coating with a moist meat; they called it "the best fried chicken" they've had.
