Said they would order them and call to confirm with me. After a week I went back to the store as a follow up. They still didn't have the vaccines, and acted offended that I was disappointed in their lack of communication. "We can't call everyone" was the comment from the pharmacist. It's now been over 2 weeks and they still don't have the vaccines, even though "they have ordered them everyday" I plan to find a different solution than CVS.

You'll get a text notifying you that your prescription order has been placed but when you go to show up there will be countless reasons why they aren't able to fill it! Then when I express my confusion as to the text message I've received they have zero sympathy and provide no options. They almost seem annoyed that I'm confused. I am on medication where I experience withdrawals if I don't continuously take it. Their communication and customer service is horrendous. Zero sympathy that their text messages and store communication don't align. Multiple times I've showed up to pick up my prescription and they seem annoyed that I'm there when I've received a text stating my order was received. For your sake use another pharmacy!!

They suddenly tell you now it's in a different location. They never have anything in stock. They are never there and they will just send you wherever when they get busy. I wish there was negative stars. We would have switched a long time ago, but this is apparently the only place that my insurance covers.

Up and in until 12-18 months ago, it was a reliable and quick service pharmacy. Over the last several month, there is zero consistency with hours of operations. Many times per month they are unexpectedly closed due to staffing shortages. We have stopped by during what was to be normal operating hours, only to find makeshift signs on the drive up window or inside counter, with a "Sorry, we are closed due to... (add all kinds of different reasons network down, shirt staffed, unexpected illness, etc). When they are open, plan to wait for 20-40 minutes minimum. There is no shortage of prescription order these days, but what I was told a few weeks ago by a pharmacy tech was they can't find people to hire, because the pay scale is well below competitive and the pharmacists that due work for Walgreens are disgruntled due to being overworked, overwhelmed and underpaid. Walmart needs to due better! The girl working the counter that told me this confided in me that she was getting ready to leave for a competing pharmacy and she was so happy she was leaving. At this point, the days of reliable and consistent service at this location is now long gone. People have supported and relied upon this location for decades. Walgreens corporate leadership has failed this location, their team members and their loyal customers that have supported them throughout the years. Pretty sad to witness what appears to be a fast approaching closure if things don't vastly improve. Pretty disappointing to watch.

The Clinton store is the only one that spoke to me, and they are out of stock of my rx, and referred me to the other 3 stores (Syracuse, Layton, and Roy). Of course you don't receive orders in the weekend. Duh. But my rx has been with the Clinton store for over a week! You ought to just close all of your stores, because they would be one Hell of a great place to open a REAL pharmacy that did not waste customers time, and got the customers their RX on time on things like Dexcom G6 sensors BEFORE they expire, like mine is doingbin 4 hours &.38 minutes. Even answering the phones instead of hanging up on customers would be a nice step toward customer service.

They filled my prescription which made me really happy because the drug must be started within 24 hours of the Covid being found. After that they reviewed with me the many vaccines they will vaccinate for. While in the store I was impressed by how they kept it so clean! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The downfall to this store are that the staffing downright stinks. They are always understaffed and it shows in the long lines at the pharmacy counter to talk to the nice people. They also seem to have a lot of empty shelves and do not plan ahead well for the seasonal "rushes" on things like cold and flu medicine. We don't use this location for anything more than a traditional pharmacy so I cannot really talk about candy selection or milk prices. I just wish they would step up their game in staffing to make this a better shopping experience.

The outside looks revamped and I didn't have time to go inside, but, hey, fuel pumps and any Smith's that has those automatically gets at least a 3, so this could be going up, if I ever have reason to go inside again...as it is, very convenient to get to and if you like to fill up at Smith's, a pretty decent spot to do it.

The Pharmacists and Techs are super friendly and will do what they can to assist you in a timely manner. One rather weird part about this CVS is the clinic portion where they administer vaccines. They don't have a real dedicated spot for it. You're sitting on a chair in the cosmetics department while anyone and everyone is rolling around with carts next to you. It's odd to say the least and not something this place can really control since CVS took over the pharmacy long after the store was built. It would be nice to see some space carved out for a bit more privacy.
