So I waited a week and still received no notice that they were in, so I went back in and still no pills. I said you have had enough time so I went elsewhere and got a weeks supply and they notified me that they are ready so I will pick them up Monday. They filled my prescription which made me really happy because the drug must be started within 24 hours of the Covid being found. After that they reviewed with me the many vaccines they will vaccinate for. While in the store I was impressed by how they kept it so clean! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The downfall to this store are that the staffing downright stinks. They are always understaffed and it shows in the long lines at the pharmacy counter to talk to the nice people. They also seem to have a lot of empty shelves and do not plan ahead well for the seasonal "rushes" on things like cold and flu medicine. We don't use this location for anything more than a traditional pharmacy so I cannot really talk about candy selection or milk prices. I just wish they would step up their game in staffing to make this a better shopping experience.

And every time is a terrible experience where I have to clench my jaw because it's just so infuriating. It says they're understaffed now and I understand that, but I've had terrible experiences even when they weren't short staffed. They can have a line of 8 people with only one tech checking people out and they literally don't even care. And no matter what time you go there's a huge line. They'll slowly walk across the pharmacy, don't care at all about making you wait. One of my visits I saw a tech getting angry with an old man who didn't understand his prescriptions. I've Had to wait 30 minutes standing in line for my prescription here. It's ridiculous. Go literally anywhere else.

Be aware, the pharmacy cashier told me my Covid vaccine would cost $167. She kept insisting even…read morethough I told her it doesn't cost anything. She obviously wasn't trained very well. Nobody has to pay for it. I had the vaccine there in 2023 so they should have had my Medicare card on file. The cashier asked me for my red, white and blue card, and I said if she meant my Medicare card, I told her they already had it but she didn't see it. She looked at the computer monitor again, said something about 'fixing it', and when I asked 'fix what?' she got very irritated and wouldn't tell me, except that now the cost was $0. I got the vaccine and the Pharmacist printed who they billed the vaccine to in 2023 and it wasn't Medicare, it was something I never heard of but found out it's related to my Medigap insurance. They didn't pay for it. They filed with the wrong insurance in 2023, didn't get paid, didn't refile with Medicare and tried the same thing again but it was denied. The cashier didn't ask me about my insurance and she didn't know to file it with Medicare and she didn't ask anybody for help. it was very frustrating for me. The girl needed a lot more training.

He even came out to the aisle where i was waiting for my script because of my full grocery cart, got in my face and told me he was refusing my prescription. He could have called the doctor, explained things to me politely, but no. He got in my face and told me how "lucky I'd been", having my script written the way it had been for 4 years and through 2 other pharmacies and multiple pharmacists. When i asked why, he flaunted that "he" was the only pharmacist doing things correctly. He embarrassed me to tears in front of other people in the store and outside the pharmacy counter. I'll never go to that pharmacy again.
