Dr Elmer takes the time to go through all the steps knowing that it's most likely the same issues as always but wants to be 100% sure. Well sure enough, this visit showed some additional symptoms (which I hadn't noticed much). Long soft short: Dr Elmer was thorough as always and diagnosed the issue and came up with treatment plan. I was in an out in less than 40 minutes (which included a 10min albuterol treatment), with a liquid steroid and a 10 day supply of antibiotics all for $180.00. Had I gone to my GP, this easily would've been over $500. We're very fortunate to have Dr Elmer and his staff here in the Heber Valley!!!!

I was referred here for a total of three times to receive infusions for IVF purposes. The clinic…read moreand equipment seem to be on the older side but it seemed clean and everything worked just fine. The patient rooms are extremely comfortable with your own reclining comfy chair. They also have a room with two recliners that you can request in case you bring a guest. My husband appreciated the extra comfort for being there to keep me company. All of the staff I encountered were very nice and personable. My infusions took 3-3.5 hours. The staff gave us our privacy during the infusion but they were attentive any time we needed something. They give you a bell to ring in case you need anything. There's also a tv with Netflix and Disney + and they provide a select amount of snacks and drinks! 4 stars only because they did have difficulty with my veins and there was an instance where they had an issue with my order which made for a VERY long wait. I actually had to go find someone to ask what was happening. In that instance communication could have been better BUT things happen and I'm sure they must've been busy as this surely was not the norm during my other two visits. All in all, I had a great experience at this clinic and with the staff. I truly believe their help, care, and infusions helped play a part in us becoming pregnant. Thanks team!

We ended up waiting 3hrs almost 4hrs and all they said was sorry we had to call in another Dr we had a ton of Emergencies, meanwhile my daughter was in pain, puking and other parents were asking us if the dr had seen us. the tip of the iceberg was they "miss placed" the prescription so when I came to pick it up it was not in their system. I had to wait another 20min on the phone in Walmart just to ask the nurse to resend the prescription order through. Zero star. We did not feel taken care of at a hospital.

Miscommunication led me to believe that her office would contact TriCare for referral. That did not happen and after I found out the X-Ray dept. would take care of that when I schedule the appointment. That happened in that way. I had my CAT Scan on 2/4/26. A longer wait than I expected, but that was du to a misunderstanding. I can deal with that. The following morning on 2/5/26 at approx 8:40 A.M. I missed a call from her nurse as I was working and not able to get to the phone. At 10:05, I returned that call. I was not surprised to hear the nurse was busy and would call me back. I waited and waited. No call. So on Feb 5 at 2:40 P.M I called again. The nurse was busy and again was told as soon as she was done with the patient she was with she would call me. Nothing. Again, no call on Feb 6. On Feb 9, I called once again. I explained to the person answering the call that this was my third time trying to get a hold of someone and my call has not been returned. She put me on hold and checked with the nurse. Busy again. This time she told me that the nurse wanted to be reminded to call me after she was done with her patient. Well, no surprise to me that I did not receive a call. I am not happy with the staff who says they need to have a reminder to call a patient back. I am that unimportant to this staff member that they have to be reminded to call me. So I wait. This is the first time dealing with this particular location. Honestly, I am having a hard time envisioning me returning here. I will wait for an appointment with my PCM at another Ogden Clinic location.
