With insurance, I had to pay a copay of $100. When I was called, I was seen by a physicians assistant. She took my blood pressure, gave me a Covid test, then told me I most likely have a viral infection. Despite that, she prescribed me a strong antibiotic even though antibiotics don't treat viruses. I took the prescription anyway to prevent my symptoms from worsening, but my cough only worsened and turned into bronchitis. Then, I received the bill. Before insurance, the bill came to almost $700. My portion after insurance was another $100 on top of the copay. In what world does it cost $200 after insurance for a Covid test and a bad prescription? I'd recommend everyone to save their time and run as far away from Care Now as possible.

The front waiting area is little small, so you can't really do much social distancing in the seating area. We did the 15 mins rapid test. The staff were always very friendly and attentive. I was completely shocked after visiting another instacare being told to wait out the viral infection on day 2 of being sick. I'm so glad I went for a 2nd opinion. This was day 12 & I felt hopeless and fearful I was just going to be told to wait it out. Thank God for Dr Peterson taking all this away & giving me the care I so desperately needed. I feel super blessed and lucky to have walked in there & to find a Dr specializing in sore throats. He said I had bad luck because he only sees this maybe twice a year. But I also think I had good luck to get him as my Dr today. I can't thank you enough Dr Peterson for my experience today & for my future health. I'm so grateful. Also shout out to Nurse Taylor S. She checked me in & was super friendly & most importantly caring. That was our first sign that we were going to have good care. Since he lost his hearing aid, we saw Tyler Sorensen to get the mold for his hearing aid redone and pay $85 on 2/25/2021. I hadn't heard anything from them so I called yesterday (4/5/2021). They said the mold was in but not the hearing aid. She said she was going to call them and find out what's going on and call me back. Today (4/6/2021), I got a call telling me it was in and made the next appointment available on a Friday, 4/16/2021. Apparently with a different provider.

They also have a room with two recliners that you can request in case you bring a guest. My husband appreciated the extra comfort for being there to keep me company. All of the staff I encountered were very nice and personable. My infusions took 3-3.5 hours. The staff gave us our privacy during the infusion but they were attentive any time we needed something. They give you a bell to ring in case you need anything. There's also a tv with Netflix and Disney + and they provide a select amount of snacks and drinks! 4 stars only because they did have difficulty with my veins and there was an instance where they had an issue with my order which made for a VERY long wait. I actually had to go find someone to ask what was happening. In that instance communication could have been better BUT things happen and I'm sure they must've been busy as this surely was not the norm during my other two visits. All in all, I had a great experience at this clinic and with the staff. I truly believe their help, care, and infusions helped play a part in us becoming pregnant. Thanks team!
