I scheduled an appointment on 1/22/26 with Dr. Elizabeth Thompson. This appointment went well. No issues there. A CAT Scan was needed. Miscommunication led me to believe that her office would contact TriCare for referral. That did not happen and after I found out the X-Ray dept. would take care of that when I schedule the appointment. That happened in that way. I had my CAT Scan on 2/4/26. A longer wait than I expected, but that was du to a misunderstanding. I can deal with that. The following morning on 2/5/26 at approx 8:40 A.M. I missed a call from her nurse as I was working and not able to get to the phone. At 10:05, I returned that call. I was not surprised to hear the nurse was busy and would call me back. I waited and waited. No call. So on Feb 5 at 2:40 P.M I called again. The nurse was busy and again was told as soon as she was done with the patient she was with she would call me. Nothing. Again, no call on Feb 6. On Feb 9, I called once again. I explained to the person answering the call that this was my third time trying to get a hold of someone and my call has not been returned. She put me on hold and checked with the nurse. Busy again. This time she told me that the nurse wanted to be reminded to call me after she was done with her patient. Well, no surprise to me that I did not receive a call. I am not happy with the staff who says they need to have a reminder to call a patient back. I am that unimportant to this staff member that they have to be reminded to call me. So I wait. This is the first time dealing with this particular location. Honestly, I am having a hard time envisioning me returning here. I will wait for an appointment with my PCM at another Ogden Clinic location. read more

Skyline Clinic. Dr changed medication dosage without discussing with me (not even a phone call, discussion, or warning) after being on medication 15 years. In addition, Dr. has never asked what's going on in my life, especially right now. This medication is critical to my wellbeing and success. Up until then, i had been with ogden clinic 25 years and had been very satisfied. Very disappointed in this Dr's actions. I've heard some horrible office visit stories before but never experienced one until I visited here. This was my first visit here and as someone mentioned, you'll be waiting for a good while even if you've made an appointment. But the real problems started when the Nurse Practitioner entered the exam room. They were incredibly rude (didn't introduce themselves just rudely asked what I was in there for). As I began to explain what my issue was they didn't seem to listen to what my symptoms were and just attributed my problem to my appearance. Some blood work was ordered and that was pretty much the end of the communication from the NP. The NP never contacted me to follow up on what the next step in treatment was. The NP gave me a prescription which they never told me about and I only found out about it because my pharmacy informed me that it was ready for pick up. I requested a follow up but never heard back. I received a bill (eventually, as they had entered an incorrect address) with what I considered to be an incorrect billing code. I spoke with the billing department who were aggressively rude and who I felt didn't want to investigate the issue. Overall, every contact with this clinic was a negative experience and would recommend any new patients to seek medical assistance elsewhere. read more

Literally the worst. Came to get my blood drawn at 8:20 after an hour of waiting someone came to get my phone number and told me it would be another while waiting? It took them an hour to ask for my phone number. An hour. Again, an hour to verify a phone number with me. Then had to continue to wait AGAIN to give them my address.... then wait againnnnnnn for my blood to be drawn. If you want to waste a whole day waiting this is the place for you! No other plans For the day with the whole day open for waiting? Place for you! Enjoy sitting in a waiting room for hours? This is your place! Not to mention middle of a pandemic where we all are asked to wear mask the front desk girls weren't wearing masks when I came in.... it's gross. Drug addiction is listed in the DSM as a medical disorder. I've been clean for 7 years under true medical supervision. I went to this Urgent Care to get MEDICINE, not drugs but the small minded NP decided that she would cancel a prescription that I needed because I have a past. Now I'm sitting at home with the Flu and Covid, and I haven't been able to drink even a bottle of water for 5 days. All because they want to judge my past. Ridiculous. They've left me with no choice but to go to the streets to try and get anything that will allow me to drink some water. My whole body is cramping up and I'm starved half to death because fake doctor Elizabeth Thompson thinks it's up to her whether I can have the medicine that she herself said I needed. The way I feel now hopefully I'll get some fentanyl and just go on and die now. Thanks so much for preventing actual healthcare and leaving me to the streets. I can get all the DRUGS I want. I needed medicine from you, and you not only cancelled it you didn't even bother to give me another option. Karma is real and I know that before too long you'll be judged on your past by someone who doesn't have any information on it, and you'll get what you deserve. As for me I'm going to sit here and die of dehydration. I highly recommend going to any other Urgent Care in the world than this one. It's no surprise to me that Elizabeth Thompson isn't a doctor. She hasn't learned the first rule of being a Dr which is "Do No Harm" she just harmed me greatly. She looked in my throat and picked the cough syrup I was supposed to get then just changed her mind because she thinks is she knows something. You don't know a damn thing. read more

Great urgent care! Would definitely recommend. Shelby (the CNP I think she was) was super awesome very knowledgeable and treated me fully and wonderfully. The nurse, Jackie was also super awesome they were both kind and treated me well. I felt safe and felt my treatment was excellent, I am also a nurse and felt the treatment wS complete and well timed. Ogden Clinic - Skyline - Family Practice Near Me - South Ogden, Utah

Even Superman has a weakness. When my Kryptonite (aka sinus infections) hit, I head to the Skyline Clinic. It's tucked away and not really on the main road which can lend itself to short waits. The Doctors and are very thorough and even though we assumed it was a simple sinus infection, they drew blood to ensure I wasn't viral and only bacterial (I wash my hands, I promise.) One other thing stood out that I haven't seen at other clinics. If you even remotely have a cough, they insist you wear a mask. Other guests seem to be more at ease if you aren't hacking up a lung on them. The Doctor also made sure to suggest things like pro-biotics and made sure I understood all the jargin and talk that we had covered. I'm thinking she knew I was semi stoned on DayQuil and slowed down the pace so I could understand. Clinics are a bummer because they are full of sick people. But if you're headed to one, this is a good one to hit. read more

First visit was a couple of months ago. I went in because a wood tick had burrowed about an inch long tunnel under the skin across my leg. Liz Thompson ordered a ultrasound. She told me that they would be giving me a call. I called another Provider right after I got home. He was able to see me right away. It was taken care of a little after noon that same day. This is a Wood Tick!! A couple of days later imaging text me with my appointment time. The Imaging appointment was 20 days after my initial appointment. I don't think I even bothered to cancel it. Today I called to make an appointment with Skyline Clinic, there was not an appointment available until tomorrow. I was fine with that. The Schedule person told me that I could always do a walk in appointment. I stated I didn't know that and i would probably see you soon. After traveling there. Skyline Clinic Does Not Accept Walk-In Appointments. I don't like being refered to another Clinic. I dont really want to go to another clinic unless you really want me too and take the Family with me. read more

Dr Obrien is the best! She helps me manage multiple chronic health conditions and concerns. She may appear rushed sometimes, but that is because she is quick on her feet! I feel that she truly hears my worries, questions, and is thourogh in her examinations and health reviews. Her knowledge base is extensive and her experience is vast. I know that I can trust her direction and instruction! I drive past countless other possible physician offices and drive 30 minutes from my home in order to see her specifically. Kara in Medical Records at Ogden Clinic was dismissive of my needs. She was argumentative and never let me finish my sentences without over talking me. I signed a medical records request on April 18th. As of April 27th I had heard nothing so I called Ogden Clinic. They returned my call on April 28th stating they didn't have a signed release form. They had me call medical records. Kara in medical records said she did not have it. I asked her to check again and it was on a co-workers desk, untouched after 11 days. I informed Kara my appointment with a specialist was on May 4th which I needed my records for. Kara just kept telling me a second party company processes the request and it was out of their hands even tho it had not even been forwarded to the second party company. I asked for her manager and Kara informed she was out to lunch at 10:49. I asked when the manager would be back and Kara said it was none of my business. Kara was unsupportive, uncaring and full of excuses with no options or solutions to help me. When time sensitive, critical care is needed and this employee is not willing to provide aid but only excuses it makes me wonder about this company's mission of care for the sick. read more

I have the very best doctor here! I've been seeing Kevin Henry for years . He is such an amazing ps and person. He takes his time with you rather than shuffling you out like most doctors. I brought my dying mother to utah and he became her physician and helped her get her health better and thanks to him she lived almost two more years. I can never thank him enough! I have absolutely no problem with the medical professionals at Ogden clinic. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. My issue is with their billing practices. They first send bills directly to patients, before they even bill insurance. Then, they routinely bill insurance incorrectly. Then they let it sit, without further communication for an extended period and either send you a bill long after the service date, when you have forgotten the details, or send it out for collections. You are then stuck trying to run down the details with your insurance company long after the fact. I've never had this issue with any other medical provider, all others work with the insurance companies and provide transparent billing statements. read more

Absolutely the worse. Went in for a sinus CT scan and was asked to wait in the imaging room for the Doctor. I sat in there for an hour, when another imaging tech comes in there, looks at me in the eye, flips her arms, and asked me what I was doing in there while she was with another patient. I briefly explained that I was waiting for the MD and she said okay, and I went to sit back down and she started yelling "No you come with me" and I was sat down in the waiting lobby. This clinic is an absolute joke. With all the providers in Northern Utah, I strong encourage individuals to choose another provider. If they think I'm going to pay my bill for this crappy service, they are wrong. I'll let them pull the funds out of my ass, and take me to a damn collections agency before I even think about paying this institution. read more

Great doctors but horrible staff. Took eight months to get medical assistant to fax referral.

I took my grandson there for a very simple, 5 minute procedure. Out of common courtesy, we arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment time of 11:00 A.M. and checked in. They took our information and asked us to be seated. After a while, all of the people that had been in the waiting room when we had arrived had been taken back, so I thought we would soon see the doctor. Another 15 minutes passed and 3 people that came in after us had been taken back and we were still waiting. At 11:20, another patient came in the front door and checked in, and they took her back at 11:25! We were still waiting. I went to the front desk and asked the receptionist if she had forgotten us and she said, "no" in a flippant way, like she had no reason to care that we were still waiting. I told her that if the doctor was too busy to see us we could go find a doctor that could but we weren't going to just keep waiting all afternoon because our time was valuable too. She stated in a very smartass tone that she would check with the doctor. I sat back down and within about 2 minutes my grandson was called back. I don't know how long we would have waited if I hadn't raised a fuss. While we were waiting the 45 minutes, all the patients that had arrived before us were called back and 4 or 5 that had arrived after us were called back. There was only 1 person still in the waiting room when my grandson went back and she had arrived about 35 minutes after us. She was called back about 2 minutes after my grandson. He was only in the back with the doctor for about 4 or 5 minutes and was done. This will be the last time I go to this clinic. They call themselves an urgent care facility, but you could die waiting to be seen by a doctor. read more
