He was able to tell that I carried my heavy purse/laptop bag primarily on the right side so it was throwing off my alignment. Not only did he get me adjusted, but he proceeded to talk to me about stretches and exercises that I could incorporate into my routine that would help me avoid future pain. The massages that they offer here are also the best you can get. They focus on getting you healthy and pain free. Sometimes it hurts when they work out the muscles, but you'll be grateful that you spent the time and money here. I have only been in a handful of times, but my mom has seen him frequently for years. At first I would go to the ER because i could not walk, I literally would had to craw to to my car. All they could do for me is prescribe me muscle relaxers and painkillers. Still this did nothing. After doing therapy here the difference was night and day. I recommend everyone to come. Both my parents, my husband, 2 of my brothers and 2 of my nieces have been patients here! And a couple of close friends too. Unforgettably I am a little accident prone and I suffered a work injury, first place I thought of going was here! I come here for regular maintenance and that had done wonders to keep me pain free.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE! Kelly (Catherine) messed up my hormones so incredibly bad. After she changed…read moreall of my hormone medications I was on, I started getting night sweats and hot flashes back. I gained weight and lost a ton of hair. I also got insomnia for 5 months and it has taken 6 months after going to my new practitioner (that actually knows what they are doing), to try to get me back on track. When I cried to Kelly and expressed to her how bad I was feeling since she changed my hormone medications, she got completely offended and literally argued with me. So completely unprofessional of any practitioner. Then to make matters worse, she gives you lists of overpriced, unnecessary supplements to buy from her. She had me buy a very expensive product from her that made my heart go into AFIB. It actually says if you Google it, people with my thyroid condition should not take it because it changes your levels, but I trusted she knew what she was doing and I paid a price for it. Kelly is literally clueless and it's hard for me to believe she can practice functional medicine. I had sent my son to her in the beginning and she misdiagnosed him on multiple things and had him buy a ton of products that were completely useless for his condition. Then she told him to get a particular blood test done and it would cost him $200, well that was false. They ended up billing him $2500 for that test and she won't back up what she told him or fix the problem. Please do yourself a huge favor and do not go to this facility. The whole environment and care you get there is literally a joke.

Then the following day they call and tell me it is their policy to not see patients for at least two weeks from initial consult. I told them I had already re-arraigned my schedule to accommodate the appointment time they offered. I waited on hold while the receptionist reviewed with the provider. I was told no acceptions. I indicated that I needed to be seen asap, I could not wait for two weeks. I asked for any other earlier appointments - an immediate "No!" To me it appears that these guys want to appear to be so busy that they cant see anyone for at least 2 weeks. I was clearly given multiple options within two days originally. I will go somewhere that values people and care over image. Thanks for Nothing!
