Great prices and helpful staff. I came for a car that wasn't available and they helped find me something comparable and in my budget.

Finding a dealership service department you can actually trust is tough, but my experience at Audi…read moreWest Houston was exceptional. That is 100% thanks to my service advisor, Vinh, and the great technicians working behind the scenes. My A8 was giving me a massive headache, constantly dropping into limp mode. Vinh stepped up right away, got us set up with a loaner car so we wouldn't be stranded, and kept me completely in the loop the whole time. The techs really dug into the issue and figured out it needed a brand-new Engine Control Module (ECM). Replacing the car's main computer is a big deal, but they nailed the installation. I picked the car up on Thursday and have already put about 300 miles on it--driving on local streets, the freeway, and straight into downtown Houston. There hasn't been a single warning light, and no limp mode at all. It is finally running perfectly and I am so happy to have my car back. Huge thanks to the techs for fixing it right the first time, and to Vinh for making the whole process so easy. If you need service for your Audi, do yourself a favor and ask for Vinh.

I worked with Eric Sabre, in short, would I go to Eric Sabre again? No!!!! I brought my car in with…read morea check engine light and I can't lock it periodically. I provided a video from a week ago, but the worker said it was two months old.ago.Even with my device I read the errors. The service said they didn't read the error, and I picked up my car with the same problem! I had the same problem and Jon Dakus took my car in, and he did everything professionally, He did a lot of test drives and kept my car longer because I pointed out that this doesn't happen every day and sometimes the lock malfunction appears after a couple of days and it was necessary to wait until the lock malfunction indicator appeared again. Eric Sabre simply sent my car back and told me to bring it back when the error appears (and I have to pay $519 for diagnostics each time). I also took it with an additional breakdown of the SOS signal! In the future, I will only make appointments with Jon Dakus Audi Service Advisor I brought my car to Jon Dakus 4 times, I was very satisfied and I highly recommend Jon Dakus!!!! In the future, I will only make appointments with Jon Dakus!!! I picked up the car from repair on January 8th. The central locking system was broken, so they gave it back like that. This is the fifth time this has happened with the central locking system.

December 2025 Update: From the moment we reached out inquiring about options to replace the…read moreprevious car through the new car purchase process, received exemplary service from Jessica Pineda yet again. Despite having been deservedly promoted to Manager, she took personal interest and executed our deal efficiently and without fuss. Truly a pleasure working with her. The whole process was seamless as she was well-supported by the back office teams. Hope to return for another purchase in 2026. Well-done Jessica and John Eagle Acura! January 2023 Experience: Good communication from Jessica Pineda - very prompt, responsive, and customer-focused. Drove a long distance from the NW to have previous car appraised for trade-in. Ended up switching over to a 2023 Integra Aspec Tech. Negotiations were painless and relatively quick, dealership was eager to satisfy. Finance engagement (with Ding Cheng) too was positive. Kudos to John Eagle Acura for a positive experience, overall.

After four Acura vehicles and $8,300 in service on my 2014 MDX alone -- all performed at JEA -- customer loyalty carried no weight. Longer Version: My family has owned four Acura vehicles, three purchased from JEA. At 105K miles, my 2014 MDX received major service at JEA, including a timing belt service, water pump replacement, and replacement of both front control arms and both drive shaft assemblies. At 120K miles -- only 15K miles later -- an independent shop identified a leaking water pump and a failing axle. When I returned to JEA, Eric Y. (who I have worked with over 20 years ago since my first Acura), attempted to charge an inspection fee, even after seeing photos of the obvious defect. It was waived only after my escalation to Diane R., service manager. Although Diane and I agreed to limit the inspection to the failed components, Eric Y. wrote the up for a full inspection. JEA then produced an estimate of roughly $10,000, including full-cost replacement of the prematurely failed parts. I asked Diane to submit a goodwill request to Acura Corporate specifically for the water pump and axle. She later relayed an abrupt denial from Acura with no explanation, and my follow up message received no response. Asking a customer to authorize an additional $10,000 worth of work when they would not stand by their previous services and repairs is absurd. Across the life of this vehicle, I have completed all major repairs and services at JEA, totaling approximately $8,300. That history appears to have had no bearing on Acura's or JEA's willingness to stand behind their work. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Acura products or John Eagle Acura.

Since I'm in another state it did make me nervous to work with a dealership I wasn't familiar with. Fabíola walked me through every step and the car was delivered for a very reasonable price. There was never a time I could not reach her with questions, even after the sale! Very efficient and professional.

I arrived and they were very pleasant folks. The salesman was very personable and always polite. As was the owner. About 1 min into the test drive the BMW I was test driving went into reduced power mode and the check engine light was on. We returned. The owner said that last week it had done that, he was aware of it and had already ordered the part and assured me he could fix it. The VANOS solenoid....pretty typical BMW stuff. While a car essentially breaking down on a test drive is never a good look, I realize I'm buying a 10 year old German car. If he knew it was bad.... it would have been nice to have had a heads up when I initially called. But hey...people get busy and forget things. Stuff happens, right? I had some other cars to look at and told him I would most likely be in touch as all of the cars I had looked at so far we're not as nice. I looked at the cars, decided I wanted the car at Americas Auto Financial so I called back. Now I'm not sure if it was because I said all the others cars I looked at weren't as nice.....or if this is typical of the way they operate......but now the price was 12,500. Hmmm....why? Well apparently all those prices on their website are as-is prices.....so if I want them to fix the car then I have to pay. Yeah..... honestly thats what they said. So beware......all those cars COULD have known issues. Then when they sent the final price now they are also charging a $650 RECONDITIONING FEE. So they are polite, they are nice.....but absolutely are just as shady and sketchy as every other dealer out there. I sure hope the nice salesman finds a job at a better dealer before his boss ruins his reputation. Thank you for the good service Rodrick. Perhaps since they weren't making any "finance" money I was treated to the suddenly inflated price and hidden fees.
