I asked him to start with a zero and explained that if my son wanted it shorter, he might want to go with a skin fade. I was honestly shocked when Rick told me that going from a zero to a skin fade would cost double the price. I've never experienced a barber charging double simply because the customer wants the hair cut shorter. I understand charging extra for certain services, but doubling the price for this was completely unexpected and, in my opinion, unreasonable. After waiting over an hour, this was definitely not the experience I expected. Unfortunately, they lost three haircuts today--mine and my two boys--and they will not be getting our business in the future. Very disappointed with the experience, especially after such a long wait. I would not recommend this place based on my experience today.

My little guy can be a little fussy , but Brandon did an amazing job with his cut, getting him comfortable and making sure he looks good. I feel like both my boys are in a weird phase with their hair. It just never felt quite right to me, and it was really hard going anywhere and feeling slightly unsatisfied each time.
