Appointment set-up was very convenient online, everyone there has great customer service, from receptionist to the person charging. We were fortunate enough to have Karen as his Barber. Karen was on top of it, knew exactly what I meant immediately. Has great customer service, was prompt, kind and professional. I was stunned at their pricing, you will NOT get a better haircut for the money anywhere else. They also have their own pomade, we've been using Suavecito for a long time but Shipwreck's has stronger hold and less cologne type scent.
